On 1st September 2025, Her Excellency RATH Many, Ambassador of Cambodia to India, had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Prashant Agrawal, Additional Secretary (South) of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, to discuss on bilateral relations between 🇰🇭 and 🇮🇳.

លោកជំទាវ រត្ន ម៉ានី ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយបណ្ដារឯកអគ្គរាជ/រដ្ឋទូតអាស៊ាន ប្រចាំប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា ត្រូវបានគ្រឹះស្ថានឥណ្ឌាអញ្ជើញឱ្យចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា (Ambassadors’ Panel) នៅក្នុងឱកាសកិច្ចប្រជុំអាស៊ាន-ឥណ្ឌា លើកទី៥ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៨-២៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅរដ្ឋ Goa ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា។ ឯកឧត្តម Pabitra Margherita អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេសឥណ្ឌា ដែលជាមនុស្សទីពីរបន្ទាប់ពីរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃក្រសួងការបរទេសឥណ្ឌា ក៏បានចូលរួមក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះផងដែរ។
គណៈប្រតិភូយុវជនទាំង ១១ ប្រទេស មកពីរដ្ឋសមាជិកអាស៊ាន និងទីម័រឡេស្តេ ក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីប្រទេសនីមួយៗ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “Connecting the Youth: Shaping our Future”.

Her Excellency RATH Many, Ambassador of Cambodia together with other Ambassadors of ASEAN to India were invited by the Indian Foundation to participate in Ambassadors’ Panel at the 5th ASEAN-India Summit from 28-29 August 2025 in Goa, India. Minister of State for External Affairs of India, H.E. Pabitra Margherita also attended. 11 youth delegations from ASEAN Member States and Timor Leste gave country presentations under the theme “Connecting the Youth: Shaping our Future” during the Summit.

On the afternoon of August 20, 2025, at the invitation of Mr. Himadrish Suwan, Chairman of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India (CYL), Her Excellency RATH Many, Ambassador and Diplomats of the Royal Embassy of Cambodia to the Republic of India, had a dialogue with members of the Confederation of the Young Leaders (CYL) of India, focusing on the bilateral relations between Cambodia and India. Her Excellency Ambassador also responded to questions from many participants who were interested in Cambodia.

On August 14, 2025, Her Excellency RATH Many presented the Letters of Credence to H.E. Ramchandra Paudel, President of Nepal appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Nepal with residence in New Delhi, India.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកជំទាវ រត្ន ម៉ានី បានប្រគល់សារតាំងជូនឯកឧត្តម Masoud Pezeshkian ប្រធានាធិបតី នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋឥស្លាមអ៊ីរ៉ង់តែងតាំងជាឯកអគ្គរាជទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋឥស្លាមអ៊ីរ៉ង់ ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងញូវដែលី ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា។
កំណត់សម្គាល់៖ តាមច្បាប់នៅអ៊ីរ៉ង់ ស្ត្រីទាំងអស់រួមទាំងអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរបរទេសជាស្ដ្រី គឺតម្រូវឲ្យយកស្បៃឬកន្សែងគ្របបិទបាំងសក់ក្នុងទីសាធារណៈ។

On August 10, 2025, Her Excellency RATH Many presented her credentials to His Excellency Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Islamic Republic of Iran with residence in New Delhi, India.
Note: According to Iranian law, all women, including foreign women visitors, must cover their head in public places.

នៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកជំទាវ រត្ន ម៉ានី ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតបង់ក្លាដែស ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងញូវដែលី ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌា បានប្រគល់សារតាំងជូនឯកឧត្តម Mohammed Shahabuddin ប្រធានាធិបតី នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតបង់ក្លាដែស ដែលពិធីនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងនៅវិមានប្រធានាធិបតី (Bangabhaban)។
ទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងកម្ពុជា និងបង់ក្លាដែស ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣។

On July 30, 2025, Her Excellency RATH Many, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh with residence in New Delhi, India, presented the Letters of Credence to His Excellency Mohammed Shahabuddin, President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, at the Presidential Palace (Bangabhaban).
Diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Bangladesh were established on February 17, 1993.

នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកជំទាវ រត្ន ម៉ានី ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតកម្ពុជា ប្រចាំសាធារណរដ្ឋឥណ្ឌាបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រតិបត្តិនៃក្រុមស្ត្រីអាស៊ាន (ALC) លើកទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១២៧ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការអាស៊ាន-ញូវដែលី (ANDC) ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាផែនការណ៍សកម្មភាព រយៈពេល ០៦ខែ ខាងមុខ ក្នុងអាណត្តិដែលស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតម៉ាឡេស៊ី ធ្វើជាប្រធានប្តូរវេននៃគណៈកម្មាធិការអាស៊ាន-ញូវដែលី (ANDC) និងគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រតិបត្តិក្រុមស្ដ្រីអាស៊ាន (ALC) នៅស្ថានឯកអគ្គរាជទូតម៉ាឡេស៊ី នៅក្រុងញូវដែលី។

On 22 July 2025, Her Excellency RATH Many, Ambassador of Cambodia to India, attended the ASEAN Ladies Circle (ALC) Executive Committee Meeting No.1/2025 and the 127th Meeting of the ASEAN-New Delhi Committee (ANDC) to discuss on the upcoming activities/events for the next 6 months under the term of the High Commission of Malaysia as the Chair of the ANDC as well as the ALC at the High Commission of Malaysia in New Delhi.
