IGL and PNGRB jointly organised a meeting on "PNG Saturation Plan & Infrastructure Readiness for District Gautam Budh Nagar". The meeting was chaired by Mr. Anjani Kumar Tiwari, Member PNGRB (Commercial). The meeting was also attended by Mr. Bachchu Singh, ADM, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Ms. Smriti Gautam, DSO Gautam Buddha Nagar, Lt. Col. Kumar Abhishek, Director (Monitoring) PNGRB, Senior officials from Noida Authority, GNIDA, along with State Heads of LPG operations from IOCL, BPCL and HPCL.

PNGRB reviewed the PNG infrastructure in District Gautam Budh nagar comprising Noida and Greater Noida, wherein officials from IGL presented existing and future plans on PNG. Thereafter, the officials discussed the roadmap for declaring various societies and colonies LPG free in the district.

With IGL declaring 100 societies in Rohini,New Delhi as being LPG Free Zones, the community takes a significant step towards safer, eco-friendly, and uninterrupted energy solutions through PNG.

Shri Mohit Bhatia, Director (Commercial), Indraprastha Gas Limited, called on Lt. Gen. Mukesh Chadha, Director General (Supplies and Transport), Indian Army to discuss expansion of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) in Army Cantonments, with a special focus on making Delhi Cantonment an LPG-free zone.
The discussion highlighted the benefits of PNG as a safe, convenient, reliable and environmentally friendly fuel, while reinforcing its alignment with India’s vision of a gas-based economy and a cleaner, more sustainable future.
