खुदा बख्श लाइब्रेरी की पांडुलिपियों एवं शोध कार्यों की राज्यपाल ने की सराहना
पटना: खुदा बख्श ओरिएंटल पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी, पटना के निदेशक (अतिरिक्त प्रभार), प्रो. सिद्धार्थ सिंह ने लोक भवन, पटना में बिहार के माननीय राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल (सेवानिवृत्त) सैयद अता हसनैन से शिष्टाचार भेंट की।
इस अवसर पर प्रो. सिंह ने माननीय राज्यपाल को लाइब्रेरी में संरक्षित दुर्लभ पांडुलिपियों, उनके संरक्षण, डिजिटलीकरण एवं चल रही शोध गतिविधियों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। उन्होंने लाइब्रेरी की उस महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला, जिसके माध्यम से भारत की समृद्ध बौद्धिक एवं सांस्कृतिक विरासत का संरक्षण किया जा रहा है।
बैठक में पांडुलिपियों के संरक्षण को और सुदृढ़ करने, डिजिटलीकरण को विस्तारित करने तथा शोधार्थियों और विद्वानों के लिए सुविधाओं को और बेहतर बनाने पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। साथ ही, लाइब्रेरी की राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहुंच को बढ़ाने पर भी बल दिया गया।
माननीय राज्यपाल ने लाइब्रेरी के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए वैश्विक सहयोग एवं डिजिटल माध्यमों से ज्ञान के प्रसार को बढ़ावा देने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
बैठक सकारात्मक वातावरण में सम्पन्न हुई तथा विरासत संरक्षण, शोध उत्कृष्टता एवं ज्ञान प्रसार को और सुदृढ़ करने की प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त की गई।

Governor Appreciates Manuscripts and Research Initiatives of Khuda Bakhsh Library
Patna: The Director (Additional Charge) of Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library, Patna, Prof. Siddharth Singh, paid a courtesy visit to the Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, Lieutenant General (Retd.) Syed Ata Hasnain, at Lok Bhawan, Patna.
During the meeting, Prof. Singh apprised the Hon’ble Governor of the rich collection of rare manuscripts preserved at the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library, along with ongoing conservation, digitization, and research initiatives. He highlighted the library’s significant role in safeguarding invaluable intellectual and cultural heritage.
Discussions were held on strengthening preservation techniques, expanding digitization of manuscripts, and enhancing research facilities for scholars and academicians. Emphasis was also laid on increasing national and international outreach of the library.
The Hon’ble Governor appreciated the remarkable efforts of the library in preserving India’s rich intellectual heritage and encouraged further initiatives towards global collaboration and digital access.
The meeting concluded with a shared vision to promote heritage conservation, research excellence, and knowledge dissemination.

राष्‍ट्रीय पाण्‍डुलिपि संरक्षण (ज्ञान भारतम्) के अंतर्गत बिहार राज्य अभिलेखागार निदेशालय, खुदा बख़्श ओरिएंटल पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी तथा बिहार संग्रहालय के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में “बिहार की बौद्धिक परंपरा: पांडुलिपि, चित्र एवं अभिलेख” विषय पर एक विशेष प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन बिहार राज्य अभिलेखागार निदेशालय के परागण में किया गया।
इस अवसर पर खुदा बख़्श ओरिएंटल पब्लिक लाइब्रेरी ने लगभग 40 दुर्लभ कैलिग्राफी और पेंटिंग का प्रदर्शन किया।
