विज्ञान, प्रावैधिकी एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के अंतर्गत संचालित मुजफ्फरपुर प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, मुजफ्फरपुर में केंद्रीय संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय के संस्कृत अध्ययन केंद्र के अंतर्गत सत्र 2024-25 में उत्तीर्ण छात्रों को प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान किए गए। समारोह में बिहार संस्कृत शिक्षा बोर्ड के चेयरमैन प्रोफेसर मृत्युंजय झा मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने बताया कि एक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म एवं वेबसाइट विकसित की जा रही है, जिसके माध्यम से देश-विदेश का कोई भी व्यक्ति कहीं से भी संस्कृत शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकेगा।

विज्ञान, प्रावैधिकी एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के नवनियुक्त सचिव श्री हिमांशु शर्मा (भा.प्र.से.) ने सोमवार, दिनांक 18 मई, 2026 को पदभार संभाला। इस अवसर पर श्री लोकेश कुमार सिंह, पूर्व सचिव, श्री अहमद महमूद (भा.प्र.से.), अपर सचिव-सह-निदेशक, श्री कुमार सिद्धार्थ, संयुक्त सचिव, श्री मंजीत कुमार, संयुक्त निदेशक, श्री संजय कुमार, संयुक्त सचिव, श्रीमती मोनिका ठाकुर, विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी, डीएसटीटीई, बिहार, डॉ. अनंत कुमार, परियोजना निदेशक (बीसीएसटी) सहित विभागीय उप-निदेशकों, सहायक निदेशकों, सचिव कार्यालय में कार्यरत सम्मानित एवं वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारियों द्वारा पुष्पगुच्छ देकर श्री हिमांशु शर्मा जी का भव्य स्वागत किया गया एवं शुभकामनाएँ प्रेषित कीं। पदाधिकारियों ने श्री लोकेश कुमार सिंह जी को भी पुष्पगुच्छ देकर भावभीनी विदाई दी।
इस दौरान श्री लोकेश कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि विभाग राज्य के पॉलिटेकनिक संस्थानों एवं अभियंत्रण महाविद्यालयों के माध्यम से तकनीकी शिक्षा को मजबूत करने की दिशा में लगातार महत्वपूर्ण कार्य कर रहा है। विभाग का उद्देश्य युवाओं को गुणवत्तापूर्ण तकनीकी शिक्षा उपलब्ध कराकर उन्हें रोजगारोन्मुख बनाना है।
नवनियुक्त सचिव श्री हिमांशु शर्मा ने विभागीय अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि सभी लोग समर्पण एवं सकारात्मक सोच के साथ कार्य करें, ताकि विभाग की योजनाओं का लाभ अधिक से अधिक छात्रों एवं युवाओं तक पहुंच सके। उन्होंने तकनीकी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में विभाग की भूमिका को और प्रभावी बनाने पर बल दिया।

Monica Thakur, Special Duty Officer, DSTTE Bihar, and Dr. Anant Kumar, Project Director, BCST, along with other senior departmental officials, welcomed him with bouquets and extended their best wishes.

विज्ञान, प्रावैधिकी एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के अंतर्गत संचालित राजकीय पॉलिटेकनिक संस्थान, मुजफ्फरपुर में असैन्य अभियंत्रण शाखा के परामर्शी कार्यों का उद्घाटन किया गया है। इसके अंतर्गत सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी विभागों के असैन्य अभियंत्रण से संबंधित निर्माण सामग्रियों की परीक्षण प्रक्रिया की सुविधा प्रदान की गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त मुजफ्फरपुर प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, मुजफ्फरपुर में शिक्षा विभाग के 'ट्विनिंग एक्टिविटी प्रोग्राम' के अंतर्गत राजकीयकृत नथुनी भगत उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, बैरिया और उत्क्रमित उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, दहिला के कक्षा 9वीं और 10वीं के छात्र-छात्राओं ने संस्थान में प्रयोगशालाओं का अवलोकन किया।

Government Polytechnic Institute, Muzaffarpur has inaugurated consultancy services related to Civil Engineering activities.

Under this initiative, facilities for testing construction materials related to government and non government civil engineering projects will now be available at the institute.

Additionally, under the Education Department’s Twinning Activity Programme, students of classes 9 and 10 from Government Nathuni Bhagat Higher Secondary School, Bairiya and Upgraded Higher Secondary School, Dahila visited Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, Muzaffarpur and explored laboratories and technical learning facilities.
