যারা বন্দুক নিয়ে যুদ্ধ করে ভারত থেকে আলাদা হতে চায় শুধু তাদেরকেই আমরা বিচ্ছিন্নতাবাদী আতঙ্কবাদী বলে থাকি । কিন্তু আমাদের সমাজে এমন স্বীকৃত ভদ্র আছে যারা প্রকৃত পক্ষে নিজেদেরকে ভারত থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন করে রেখেছে । এরাই প্রকৃত বিচ্ছিন্নতাবাদী । যারা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বি এ, বি এস সি, এম এ, এম এস সি, বি এড, এম এড পাশ করে সরকারি স্কুলের শিক্ষকতা করছে, কলেজে লেকচারারগিরি করছে, প্রফেসরগিরি করছে তারাই হলো প্রকৃত বিচ্ছিন্নতাবাদী। এরা নিজেদের ভাষাকে বাঁচিয়ে রাখতে আগামী প্রজন্মকে বাংলায় সব কিছু লেখা শিখিয়ে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মধ্যে আবদ্ধ রেখে ভারত থেকে প্রকৃত অর্থে আলাদা থাকা শেখাচ্ছে । এরা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের শিক্ষিত যুবকদের অবস্থা এমন করে দিচ্ছে যে তারা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাইরে যেতে ভয় পায় । এরা যুক্তি দেখায় যে শিক্ষকতা ছাড়া অন্য কোনো চাকরির জন্য চেষ্টা করলে নাকি মেধাবীরা পশ্চিমবঙ্গ ছেড়ে বাইরে চলে যাবে । তাই মেধা যাতে বাইরে চলে না যায় সেজন্য তারা এই কৌশল নাকি অবলম্বন করেছে । ছেলে মেয়েরা নাকি অন্য চাকরিতে প্রবেশ করতে থাকলে শিক্ষক হওয়ার জন্য ছেলে মেয়ে খুঁজে পাওয়া যাবে না । কিন্তু পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বেকারদের এতো ভিড় যে লক্ষ লক্ষ শিক্ষিতরা শিক্ষক হওয়ার লাইনে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে । এবার তারা যুক্তি দেখাচ্ছে যে যদি তুমি সরকারি ইস্কুলের শিক্ষক না হতে পারো তাহলে বাড়িতে বসে টিউশন পড়িয়ে বাঁচবে । তাতে যারা সরকারি স্কুলের শিক্ষক হতে পারবে তারা স্কুলে একটু একটু পড়াবে আর আরাম করবে যাতে ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা প্রাইভেট টিউশন পড়তে বাধ্য হয় আর প্রাইভেট টিউটরদের আয়ের পথ খুলে যায় । মানে সরকারি ইস্কুলের শিক্ষক হতে না পারলে তাকে খেটে পড়াতে হবে, তবেই সে টাকা পাবে । নিয়মটা খুব সুন্দর । এক দুজে কে লিয়ে । একজন অপরজনের জন্য ।
আমাদের পশ্চিমবঙ্গে যে শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা চলছে তা জাতীয় শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ নয় । আমাদের পশ্চিমবঙ্গে যে শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা চলছে তা বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার সাথে হুবহু মেলে । মাধ্যমিক স্তরে এখনও হিন্দি ভাষা একটি তৃতীয় ভাষা হিসেবে চালু করা হয়নি । ক্লাস ওয়ান থেকে এম এ, এম এস সি পর্যন্ত কোনো ক্লাসেই হিন্দি শেখার সুযোগ নেই । বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে লিখে সবাই বি এ, বি এস সি পাশ করে বেরিয়ে যাচ্ছে । তারপর আবার বলা শেখানো হচ্ছে যে যারা কলিকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে বি এ বি এস সি পাশ করেছে তাদের থেকে জ্ঞানী নাকি পুরো ভারত বর্ষে নেই । সমগ্র পৃথিবীতে নাকি বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে ডিগ্রী করা লোকেদের খুব ভ্যালু দেওয়া হয় । হিন্দিভাষী ক্ষেত্রের লোকেরা এ কথা শুনে অবাক । আসলে যারা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বি এ, বি এস সি পাশ করে বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে অনার্স করেছে এবং বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বি এড পাশ করে ইস্কুলের শিক্ষকতা করছে তারা অত্যন্ত লো ক্যাটাগরির শিক্ষক । এরা দেশ ও জাতির পক্ষে অত্যন্ত বিপদজনক । এরা কোনো স্তরেই জাতীয় ভাষা হিন্দি পড়েনি । তাই এরা হিন্দির কিছুই জানে না । এবং যেহেতু এরা গ্র্যাজুয়েশন স্তরে বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে ইতিহাস, রাষ্ট্রবিজ্ঞান, ফিজিক্স কেমিস্ট্রি পড়েছে তাই আগে গিয়ে কোনো স্তরেই তারা নিজেকে জাতীয় স্তরের সাথে নিজেকে মেশাতে পারবে না । এরা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে, বাংলায় ইন্টারভিউ দিয়ে যদি পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সরকারি ইস্কুলের মাস্টার হয়ে ভবিষ্যত প্রজন্মকে নিজেদের ধালে ঢেলে বিপদের মুখে ঠেলে দিতে চান । আসলে যারা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বি এড পাশ করেছে তারা বর্তমানে পুরো ভারতে সব থেকে বড়ো গাধা । এদের মতো গাধা পুরো ভারতে আর নেই । এদের মধ্যে আবার অনেকে বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে এম এ, এম এস সি পাশ করে বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে সেট ক্লিয়ার করে কলেজে পরানোর লেকচারার হয়ে প্রচুর টাকা বেতন পাচ্ছে তারা আরো ধ্বংসের দিকে যাচ্ছে । এদের বেতন অনেক কম করা প্রয়োজন । যতদিন এরা ইংলিশে পড়াতে না পারবে ততদিন এদের বেতন কম করে রাখা উচিৎ । বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে যারা বি এড পাশ করেছে ধরে নিতে হবে তারা ইংরেজিতে অত্যন্ত কাচা আর হিন্দিতে ক অক্ষর গোমাংস । যারা অনার্স পড়ে তারা মুখে বলে যে তারা ইংলিশে পড়ে ইংলিশে উত্তর লেখে কিন্তু এ কথা সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যা । আসলে প্রশ্ন ইংলিশে করা হয় কিন্তু স্টুডেন্ট উনিয়নের ভয়ে প্রফেসররা বলে, "ঠিক আছে তোমরা বাংলায় উত্তর লেখো, কিন্তু সবাইকে বলে বেড়াবে যে তোমরা ইংরেজিতে উত্তর লিখেছিলে, না হলে তোমাদের সম্মান থাকবে না ।" এই জন্যই ভাবী যে যারা অনার্স পাশ করেছে তারা আবার এম এ, এম এস সি তে পুনরায় বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে এম এ, এম এস সি পাশ করছে, কি ব্যাপার ? তখন ব্যাপারটি বুঝতে পারলাম । না হলে যারা বি এ, বি এস সি, বি কম পার্ট টু পর্যন্ত বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে পাস করেছে তারা পট করে কিভাবে ইংলিশে উত্তর লেখা শিখে গেল । আসল ফান্ডা হলো প্রশ্ন ইংলিশে করা হয় আর সবাই গোপনে বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে লিখে পাস করে যায় । আসলে গাধা কয় প্রকার এবং কি কি ? যদি প্রশ্ন করা হয় তাহলে উত্তর হবে গাধা তিন প্রকারের হয় । যথা, (1) যারা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে অনার্স পাস করে বুক ফুলিয়ে ইস্কুলের মাস্টারি করে (2) যারা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে এম এ, এম এস সি, এম কম, বি এড পাশ করে কলেজে বাংলায় পড়ায় । (3) যারা সংস্কৃতে উত্তর না লিখে বাংলা হারোপে উত্তর লিখে সংস্কৃতে বি এ, এম এ পাশ করে তারা । মোটামুটি এই তিন প্রকারের গাধা আমাদের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থায় বর্তমানে আছে । এই গাধারা যে কবে মানুষ হবে কে জানে । এমনিতে কিন্তু গাধাদের খুব দাপট । অনেক টাকা বেতন পায় আর বসে বসে খায় । ভারতের লোকেদের মধ্যে প্রকৃত জাতীয়তাবাদী চেতনা ততক্ষণ জাগরিত হবে না যতক্ষণ না কমপক্ষে যারা নিজেদের শিক্ষিত বলে মনে করে তারা হিন্দী না শেখে । সমগ্র আপামর জনগনকে হিন্দী শেখানো মুশকিল কিন্তু যারা স্নাতক, বি এড পাশ করেছে, এম এ পাশ করেছে, যারা শিক্ষক তারা যদি বলে আমরা হিন্দী জানি না তাহলে সেটা কেমন লাগে ? যারা আমাদের পরবর্তী প্রজন্মকে আগে নিয়ে যাবে তারা যদি বলে আমরা বাংলা ছাড়া আর কিছু শিখবো না তাহলে কেমন করে চলবে ? পশ্চিমবঙ্গে যারা বি এ, বি এস সি পাশ করে বেরোচ্ছে তারা ক্লাস ওয়ান থেকে বি এ পর্যন্ত কোনো ক্লাসেই হিন্দী পড়ে নি । কমপক্ষে 100 নম্বরের আবশ্যিক এক পেপার হিন্দী সব স্তরের জন্য চালু করা হোক । যারা বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বি এড ডিগ্রী পড়ে তাদের কোর্সে 100 নম্বরের হিন্দী পেপার অবিলম্বে সংযোজন করা হোক । বি এ, বি এস সি কোর্সের সাথে 100 নম্বরের এক পেপার হিন্দী সংযোজন করা হোক । শুধু বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বিভিন্ন বিষয় পড়লে সে ভারতের অন্য অংশের থেকে আলাদা হয়ে যায় । ভারতের অন্য কোথাও যেতে সে ভয় পায় । সে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের অধীনে কোনো চাকরির জন্য সবসময় চেষ্টা করতে থাকে । সাধারণ লোক যারা মাঠে কাজ করে, দোকান দেয়, ভ্যান, রিক্সা চালায়, মজদুরি করে বাঁচে তারা যদি হিন্দী না জানে তাহলে কোনো অসুবিধা হয় না কিন্তু আসলে এই ধরনের লোকরাই কিছুটা হিন্দী জানে, কারণ যারা মজদুরী করে, রাজমিস্ত্রির কাজ করে, কাজের খোঁজে অন্য রাজ্যে যায় তারাই কিছুটা হিন্দী শিখতে বাধ্য হয় । কিন্তু যারা স্নাতক, বি এড পাশ, এম এড পাশ, এম এ, এম এস সি পাশ, সরকারি ইস্কুলের মাস্টার, সরকারি কলেজের লেকচারার, প্রফেসর তারা হিন্দী জানে না । বিষয়টি অত্যন্ত ভয়াবহ । যে কলেজে পড়ায় সে ক্লাস ওয়ান থেকে অদ্যাবধি সব কিছু বাংলায় পড়ে পড়ে পাস করেছে আর কোনো ক্লাসেই হিন্দী পড়ে নি । এটা ভুল, জাতীয়তা বিরোধী । এভাবে চলবে না । বিষয়টি অন্য রাজ্যের বি জে পি নেতাদের জানাতে হবে, এ রাজ্যের বি জে পি নেতাদের জানালে কোনো কাজ হবে না । বিষয় : পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বিভিন্ন সরকারি ইস্কুলে যত সংস্কৃত শিক্ষক আছে সবাইকে দিয়ে প্রারম্ভিক হিন্দী কোর্স করানো হোক । পশ্চিমবঙ্গে শিক্ষানীতির ব্যাপক পরিবর্তন আবশ্যক । দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সরকারি শিক্ষানীতিতে কোনো পরিবর্তন আনা হয় নি । ক্লাস ওয়ান থেকে শুরু করে বি এ, বি এস সি হুবহু বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে পাশ করে যাচ্ছে, কোনো ক্লাসেই জাতীয় ভাষা হিন্দী শিখছে না । বি এ, বি এস সি পাশ করার পর বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে বি এড পাশ করছে । বি এড এ কোনো হিন্দী নেই । বি এড পাঠ্য ক্রমে কমপক্ষে একটি পেপার হিন্দী হওয়া দরকার কারণ যে শিক্ষক হতে যাচ্ছে সে জাতীয় ভাষা হিন্দী জানে না, আর চাকরি করাকালীন সে কোনোদিন হিন্দী শিখবে ও না । শুধু বি এড নয়, বি এড পাশ করার পর এম এ, এম এস সি, এম কম সব কিছু বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে পাশ করে যাচ্ছে, তারপর বাংলায় উত্তর লিখে এম এড পাশ করে কলেজে পড়ানোর শিক্ষক হচ্ছে এবং জাতীয় ভাষা হিন্দী আর শেখা হচ্ছে না । যারা সরকারি ইস্কুলে পড়ছে তারা আর হিন্দী শেখার সুযোগ পাচ্ছে না । তারা হিন্দিতে নিরক্ষর থেকে যাচ্ছে । এভাবে চলতে থাকলে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের লোকেরা ভারতের থেকে আলাদা হয় এ থাকবে । এই অবস্থা চলতে দেওয়া হবে না । যে বুক ফুলিয়ে বলবে, "আমি গ্রাজুয়েশন কমপ্লিট করেছি" আর সে যদি জাতীয় ভাষায় একদম পড়াশুনো না করে থাকে তাহলে সে তো বিচিত্র ধরনের গ্রজুয়েট । সব থেকে লো ক্যাটাগরির স্নাতক । পশ্চিম বঙ্গের প্রত্যেকটি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে বি এ, বি এস সি লেভেলে 100 নম্বরের আবশ্যিক হিন্দী চালু করতে হবে তা সে প্রারম্ভিক লেভেলের হিন্দী ই হোক না কেনো । কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারি কর্মচারীদের, স্টাফদের, অফিসারদের হিন্দী শেখানোর জন্য তিনটি কোর্সের চালু করেছে । এগুলো হলো প্রারম্ভিক, প্রজ্ঞ এবং Parangat । এই কোর্সগুলো তাদের করানো হয় যারা মাধ্যমিক স্তরে হিন্দী পড়ে নি । বা ক্লাস ওয়ান থেকে গ্র্যাজুয়েশন পর্যন্ত কোনো ক্লাসেই হিন্দী পড়ে নি । কোনো একটি বিশেষ অফিসে হিন্দী ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা করা হয় এবং আশপাশের সব অফিস থেকে দু একজন করে স্টফফকে হিন্দী ক্লাস করার জন্য সপ্তাহে দু দিন করে পাঠানো হয় । তারা স্বাভাবিকভাবে অফিসে আসেন, 12 টা পর্যন্ত অফিসে কাজ করেন এবং রুটিন অনুসারে 12 ট্যার পর অফিস থেকে বেরিয়ে বাস ধরে বা ট্রেন ধরে হিন্দী ক্লাস করতে বের হন । এভাবে সপ্তাহে দু দিন হিন্দী ক্লাস করানো হয় এবং চার মাস বা ছ মাস পর হিন্দী পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হয় । পাশ করলে তাদের সার্টিফিকেট দেওয়া হয় । এই ভাবে তারা কমসে কম বেসিক হিন্দী শিখতে পারে । সরকারি ইস্কুলের মাস্টাররা সাধারণত ফাকিবাজ হয় তাই তাদের জন্য হিন্দী ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা প্রত্যেক শনিবার এবং রবিবার করতে হবে যাতে ইস্কুল কামাই না হয় । প্রত্যেক শনিবার, রবিবার হিন্দী ক্লাস অ্যাটেন্ড করলে সরকারি ইস্কুলের মাস্টাররা আরামসে হিন্দী শিখে যাবে । অনুরূপ ব্যবস্থা কলেজের শিক্ষকদের জন্য ও করতে হবে । যারা কলেজের শিক্ষক তাদের জন্য ও প্রতি শনি রবিবার হিন্দী ক্লাসের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে । কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার দ্বারা অনুষ্ঠিত প্রারম্ভিক, Pragya এবং Paranggat এই তিনটি কোর্স ই ছ মাসের বা এক বছরের কোর্স । প্রতি শনি রবিবার হিন্দী ক্লাস হয় এবং ছ মাস বা এক বছর পূর্ণ হলে পরীক্ষা গ্রহণ করা হয় । প্রথমে যে প্রারম্ভিক কোর্স হয় তাতে প্রথমে ক খ গ ঘ স্বরে আ স্বরবর্ণ শেখানো হয়, প্রয়োজনীয় শব্দের হিন্দী ইংলিশে শেখানো হয়, যেমন rice চাবল, ছোটো ছোটো বাক্য গঠন, ছোটো ছোটো বাক্যের মাধ্যমে টেন স বা কাল নির্ণয় শেখানো হয়, কারক নির্ময় শেখানো হয়, সমার্থক, বিপরীতার্থক শব্দ শেখানো হয় । কোর্সের শুরুতে বই দেওয়া হয়, খাতা দেওয়া হয় এবং ক্লাসে ব্ল্যাক বোর্ডে লিখে লিখে এবং মুখে মুখে পড়িয়ে সাধারণ ইস্কুলের ক্লাসের মত সব শেখানো হয় । স্বরবর্ণ একবার পুরো না লিখে একটি বর্ণকে বারবার লিখতে বলা হয় । যেমন ক প্রায় পাঁচ ছয় বার লিখতে বলা হয়, তারপর খ পাঁচ ছ বার লিখতে বলা হয় । এই পদ্ধতিতে লেখার অভ্যাসটা বেশ ভালো হয় । প্রারম্ভিক কোর্স টা মনোযোগ সহকারে করলে সে হিন্দিতে লেখা পড়া শিখে যাবে । কোনো কিছু শুনলে তা সে হিন্দিতে লিখতে পারবে এবং হিন্দিতে লেখা কোনো জিনিস সে পড়তে পারবে এবং বুঝতে পারবে । এর পরবর্তী পর্যায়ের কোর্সটি প্রাগ্য কোর্স ছ মাসের । প্রগ্য কোর্স এ সরকারি নীয়মকানুন গদ্যের মত লেসন বানিয়ে বইতে লেখা আছে । যেমন প্রথম লেশনে ভারতীয় সংবিধান সম্পর্কে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে, সরকারি কর্মচারীদের ছুটি সম্পর্কে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে, প্রত্যেকটি লেশনের শেষে শব্দের অর্থ ইংলিশে লেখা আছে । এতে সব শব্দের মানে জানতে পারবে । গদ্যের উপর ছোটো ছোটো প্রশ্ন উত্তর লেখানো হয় এবং এর থেকে পরীক্ষায় প্রশ্ন আসে । প্রশ্ন উত্তর সম্বলিত নোট দেওয়া হয় । পরীক্ষায় পাস করার ক্ষেত্রে এই নোটগুলো খুবই উপকারী । ক্লাস করার সাথে সাথে একটু পড়াশুনো করলে হিন্দী শিখতে খুব মজা হবে । যে করেই হোক প্রাথমিক স্তরে ইস্কুল শিক্ষক এবং কলেজ শিক্ষকদের জন্য এই তিনটি হিন্দী কোর্স চালু করতে হবে । প্রতি শনি রবিবার এই কোর্স করাতে হবে । একসাথে এক ইস্কুলের সব শিক্ষককে শেখানো র কোনো দরকার নেই । প্রথমে সংস্কৃত, বাংলা এবং ইংলিশ টিচারদের দিয়ে এই কোর্স করানো হোক । সব থেকে কম ক্লাস নেওয়া শিক্ষক হলো সংস্কৃত শিক্ষক । তাই প্রথম ধাপে সংস্কৃত শিক্ষকদের দিয়ে এই কোর্স করিয়ে তাদের দিয়ে ছাত্রীদের ছাত্র দের হিন্দী শেখানোর ব্যবস্থা করা হোক । সংস্কৃত শিক্ষক অতি দ্রুত হিন্দী আয়ত্ত্ব করতে পারবে এবং কোর্স করার পর তারা ক্লাস ফাইভ থেকে ক্লাস টেন পর্যন্ত অতি সহজে হিন্দী পড়াতে পারবে । সরকারের কাছে আমার অনুরোধ পশ্চিমবঙ্গে যত সংস্কৃত শিক্ষক আছে তাদের দিয়ে প্রারম্ভিক এবং প্রাা হিন্দী কোর্স করিয়ে ট্রেন্ড করা হোক যাতে তারা ইস্কুল লেভেলে সংস্কৃতের সাথে হিন্দী ক্লাস নিতে পারে । উপরের লেখাগুলি কপি করে সরকারের বিভিন্ন বিভাগে জানাও, বিশেষ করে শিক্ষা বিভাগে । মুখ্যমন্ত্রীকে জানাও । এদের ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস গুগলে পাবে । আর নিচের লেখাগুলো ইউ জি সি, এন সি টি ই, ডিপার্টমেন্ট অফ এডুকেশন, কেড্রিয় সরকারের বিভিন্ন বিভাগে, বি জে পির নেতাদের জানাও । ইমেল করে জানাও । বি জে পির সাইটে গিয়ে কমেন্টে কপি পেস্ট করে পোস্ট করে দাও যাতে অনেক লোকের কানে বিষয়টি পৌঁছায় ।

Generally we call them separatist who are fighting with arms and ammunition to be separate from India but there are many educated people who are silently and gently acting like a separatist. These people are real separatist. There are lakhs of teachers, lecturers, professors who obtained their degree, B Ed, Post Graduate degree by writing answers in Bengali and they impart their teaching to students in such way that future generation become dependent on Bengali writing and stay inside West Bengal. They want to keep their tradition intact so that future generation do not learn Hindi and be confined inside West Bengal. This is good and silent theory of separatist power. Teachers of West Bengal want to say that if students leave West Bengal for other jobs then talented students will be out of state and less talented students will remain in West Bengal for teacher job. They want to conduct higher education in such way that talented students should complete higher education by writing answers in Bengali and remain confined inside West Bengal. The Calcutta university and other universities of West Bengal,Kalyani University, Burdwan University, Vidyasagar University, Rabindra Bharati University, North Bengal University, Assam University, Guwahati University, all universities of north east sector, Annamalai University, Alagappa University, Madurai Kamraj University and other universities of Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Kerala, all school boards recognized by these type of universities. Lecturers, professors of these universities completed their graduation, post graduation, B ed, M ed by writing answers in their mother tongue and now have become pandit in their own society and drawing heavy salary in the name of human resource development and they did not study national language Hindi at their school level and now enjoy a leisure life in college and university. I suggest to launch at least Praveen course for lecturer and researcher and professors of these universities so that initial base of introducing hindi is started. The school and college libraries of these universities and boards must keep at least few books of hindi literature positively. If teachers, lecturers professors of these universities and colleges and schools do agitation, movement against Hindi Praramvik or Praveen course then authorize ugc to declare them as Deemed University. Actually do you know except Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry lecturers professors rest all subject lecturers and professors of these universities are below L D C clerks of central government of India. "Latho ki bhoot baaton mein nehi manta" Therefore take step to launch Praramvik or Praveen course for teachers, lecturers professors of these universities and boards school without any announcement in public. They are getting huge salary and do not know even a b c of national language and you know in these tpye of schools and colleges generally very few classes are conducted and lecturer professor get enough leisure time to read meaning of few words and sentences of Hindi aramse. are conducting education against national interest. They have not included Hindi as a compulsory subject for students of West Bengal. Similar things for Secondary level and 10+2 level. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education(WBBSE) and West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) are following the same thing. There is no compulsory hindi subject from class I to class XII education system. They have kept hindi as optional subject. Suppose a student of other state is studying in West Bengal then he can opt hindi instead of Bengali but for students of Bengali medium schools hindi is not a compulsory subject. Teachers teach students that, "If you sing song in hindi or if you see hindi cinema then you are very bad student". or if a student sing song in hindi or see hindi cinema then he becomes very bad....the teacher teach like this. Teachers, Lecturers, Professors in West Bengal can not speak in hindi or can not write hindi. They can teach atleast basic things e,g k, kh, au, ah, meaning of essential words, small small sentence but they are insisted on their opinion. The Bengali authority think that if students of west bengal start learning hindi then nobody will give emphasise on bengali literature. They do not know the need of hindi outside bengal. They (the authority) say that hindi is the language of "bihari people" and they despise hindi and Universities and Boards are teaching this thing to students and people of west bengal. They say it as there are many bihari workers in front of Calcutta University so bengali professors think that hindi is the language of labourers and workers. If they cherish this things in mind then you should declare all universities of west bengal as "Deemed University" stating that "these universities are conducting education against national interest" and make rule that "teachers and lecturers and professors in west bengal will get 1000 rupees less payment per month as they did not study hindi during their student life. If you keep silent then they will never introduce hindi in school level as well as college level for all students. Several times, I told them to introduce hindi as a compulsory subject and make the syllabus easier so that students can accept it as interesting subject but they are not understanding the national interest.They are part of India but their education system is similar to Bangladesh. There is no difference of education system between west bengal and bangladesh. You must make basic pay of teachers of bengali medium schools under WBBSE and WBCHSE 1000 less than existing scale. Immediately you should declare all universities of west bengal as "deemed university" as they are conducting education against national interest. Solution:In West Bengal, almost all high schools have a sanskrit teacher who teach Sanskrit only at class seven and eight. He has much leisure time to teach Hindi if he is detailed to teach Hindi. I am telling this because whenever you will try to introduce hindi in high school level in schools of West Bengal, government will give excuse that they do not have Hindi teachers to teach Hindi in their schools and this excuse will continue ages after ages, decades after decades and so on in future. Therefore, give task of teaching Hindi to Sanskrit teachers. Sanskrit teachers will understand hindi writting and meaning very easily and will be able to impart meaning of hindi to students easily. There are lot of Sanskrit teachers available in West Bengal. These Sanskrit teachers can be utilised as hindi teachers in schools of West Bengal if you introduce hindi in schools of West Bengal. (Mera baat ekbar gambhir roop se sochna). Not only that many graduates completed their graduation in Sanskrit in West Bengal. A nominal roll may be prepared for those for hindi teachers in schools.Solution =======Government school teachers in West Bengal have never studied Hindi in any class from class one to post graduation. It is very necessary to start basic Hindi course for them. People of West Bengal will never learn Hindi if teachers don't learn Hindi. West Bengal will remain culturally separate from India even geographically within India. If compulsory basic Hindi course is introduced for government school teachers in West Bengal then at least those who we consider educated will learn the national language. If we keep silent then Hindi language will never be started in West Bengal. Teachers are paid a lot of money and if they do not know the national language Hindi then Hindi language will never be introduced.No one will learn Hindi properly if Hindi language is not taught in schools. Even if you can talk a little, you can't write. Those who are government school teachers pass BA, BSC, BED, MA, MSc by writing answers in Bengali and pass B.Ed by writing answers in Bengali and get huge salary as school teachers. The right time to teach Hindi to teachers is when they do B.Ed courses to include basic Hindi in their syllabus. Actually, those who do B.Ed course do not pass B.Ed by studying, by memorizing. After getting chance in B.Ed, they attend the class, show up, sometimes listen to a little lecture in the class that is held and pass the exam by looking at the books and writing the answers. And B.Ed degree is obtained by them. After getting the B.Ed degree, when the teacher is appointed in the schools, he passes the exam written in Bengali and gets a job and spends a comfortable life. They get a job in a school near home and stay in that school all their life. There is never a transfer in their life. They are the real anti-nationalists. They get paid a lot of money and oppose Hindi. The teachers are very conscious to prevent Hindi from entering the education system of West Bengal. They had great fun writing all the answers in Bengali. Today they cannot be considered educated. Many will say they don't know Hindi but they know English but that idea is also wrong. English language teacher knows only English. The teachers of other subjects know very little English. Those teachers and professors of Bengali, Geography, History, Physics, Life Science, Political Science, Philosophy, Commerce departments know only Bengali. They do not know English n Hindi. They will never know. This is why the government should make a rule that those who are doing B.Ed degree must take basic Hindi course compulsorily. The Praramvik Hindi course launched by the central government to train the government staff in Hindi will have to follow the same syllabus in the B.Ed courses. If the teachers who are doing high-paid teaching jobs do not know the national language, then there can be no more misfortune. If a teacher from West Bengal goes to Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Mathura, Varanasi for any work then they cannot speak Hindi. As a teacher you can't speak in Hindi, you can't write in Hindi, then which category of teacher are you ? You are a disgrace to the name of the teacher. Irrespective of the language in which B.Ed is being done, B.Ed Degree Syllabus has to be accompanied by introductory Hindi course. Or BA, BSC, B Com Syllabus with Praramvik Hindi Course Syllabus to be taught. If this rule is not implemented, teachers and students of government schools in West Bengal will never be able to learn Hindi.At the secondary level, basic Hindi courses should be taught at least from class six to class nine. All government schools in West Bengal have a Sanskrit teacher. They only teach Sanskrit in class seven and eight. They should be given the responsibility of teaching Hindi. The teachers of this Sanskrit language should first be given Pragya training. Then they should be given Hindi classes from class six to class nine. Sanskrit language teachers are usually free. The work of teaching Hindi in the class should be done by them.
आप जानते हो बंगाल में अभी तक स्कूल कॉलेज में हिंदी नही शिखाई जाती है । यहाँ एक कक्ष से लेकर दस बी कक्ष तक एक बिषय के रूप में हिंदी नही पढ़ाई जाती हैं । इस प्रकार ग्यारह कक्ष से लेकर बी ए, बी एस सी तक कोई कक्ष में हिंदी नही शिखाई जाती हैं । बंगाल में जो टीचर हैं, लेक्चरर हैं, डॉक्टर हैं, स्टेट गवर्नमेंट के अधीन जितने डिपार्टमेंट हैं किसीको हिंदी नही आता । स्कूल में टीचर्स लोग छात्र छात्राओं को ये सिखाते हैं कि "हिंदी बिहारी मजदूर लोगो के भाषा हैं और जो हिंदी में बात करते हैं वो बहुत लौ केटेगरी के हैं". और छात्र छात्राओं को बोलते हैं कि तुम लोग हिंदी सिनेमा मत देखो, हिंदी सिनेमा देखने से वो खराब छात्र बन जाता हैं । यह कहकर टीचर लोग छात्र के दिल में हिंदी के प्रति एक खराब सोच दाल देते हैं । कक्षा पांच से कक्षा आठ तक अगर हिंदी 100 मार्क्स का एक बिषय के रूप में पढ़ाई जाए तो इसमे क्या क्षोति हैं । ये चार कक्षा में हिंदी का बेसिक शिख सकते हैं और फिर वो हिंदी लिखना सिख जाएगा, हिंदी में अखबार पड़ना शिख जाएगा और भारत में कोई जगह जाय आरामसे दुसरो से बातचीत कर सकते हैं । वो फौज में जायेगा तो उसे कोई दिक्कत का सामना नही करना होगा । बंगाल में हर स्कूल में एक संस्कृत टीचर होता हैं जो सिर्फ कक्षा सात और आठ में संस्कृत सिखाता हैं । अगर सरकार ये संस्कृत टीचर के लिए प्रारंभिक हिंदी कोर्स कराये, प्रज्ञा कोसे कराये तो आगे जाकर संस्कृत टीचर स्कूल में आरामसे हिंदी शिखा सकते हैं । अगर ये नही किया जाये तोह साल के बाद साल बं गाल सरकार आपको यही समझाते रहेंगे की हमारे पास हिंदी शिखाने के लिए हिंदी में बी ए पास किया हुआ कैंडिडेट नही हैं और ये बात कागज कलाम में चलते रहेंगे । यहाँ का टीचर लोगो को तो हिंदी में क, ख, ग, घ, अ आ लिखना आता नही । अगर आप पूछेंगे आपको कहा जाना हैं तो आपको देखते रहेंगे । यहाँ का टीचर लोग बंगला में उत्तर लिखके बी ए, बी ए स सी, बी कॉम, पास कर जाते हैं बंगला में उत्तर लिखके बी एड पास कर जाते हैं और बिल्कुल हिंदी नही पड़ना परते हैं । आगे जाकर वो टीचर बनते हैं और नेशनल कलचर से दूर रहते हैं । एक राष्ट्रद्रोही बनकर वो मोठे तंखा सैलरी लेता हैं और पूरे छात्र समाज को अपनी ढाल में सजाता रहता हैं । भारत का अलग अलग हिस्सों में वो नौकरी के लिए जाते हैं लेकिन वो हिंदी में नही लिख सकते हैं, हिंदी में कुछ नही पड़ नही सकते हैं । जो थोड़ा हिंदी बोल सकते हैं वो बहुत ठोकर खा खा के थोड़ा बहुत हिंदी शिखा हैं लेकिन ऐसे काम नही चलता ।
ये बात सिर्फ बंगाल में नही, ये बात आंध्रा प्रदेश, तामिल नाडु, कर्नाटक, केरल, और उत्तर पूर्बी खेत्र में भी हैं । जो बी एड पास करके टीचर प्रोफेसर बनता हैं प्रोफेसर बनता हैं अगर उसे नेशनल लैंग्वेज हिंदी नही आता फिर वो तो एक मूर्ख हैं, उसे इतनी तंखा देने की कोई जरूरत नही हैं । सी बी एस सी, आई सी इस सी बोर्ड का जो प्राइवेट स्कूल हैं वहाँ के जो टीचर्स हैं वो काफी शिक्षित हैं और वो नाशनलिस्म को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं लेकिन उनको सिर्फ दस हज़ार बारा हज़ार तंखा मिलता हैं और इतनी कम तंखा में वो गुजारा नही कर पाते हैं । इसलिए सरकार से, केंद्रीय सरकार से मेरा गुजारिश हैं कि जितनी प्राइवेट सी बी एस सी एफिलिएटेड स्कूल हैं उनको सरकारी अनुदान दिया जाए ताकि टीचर्स को कम सेकम बीस हज़ार रूपैया प्रति माह मिलते रहे । क्योंकि प्राइवेट सी बी एस सी बोर्ड का जो स्कूल हैं वो समाज का बहुत बोझ अपनी कंधो पर लिया । इसलिए ऐसा स्कूल को सहायता राशि सरकार से मिलना चाहिए ताकि टीचर्स को जीने के बराबर सैलरी मिले ।
अगर किसी भी हालत में यह सब राज्य स्कूल में हिंदी चालू नही करते हैं तो बोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी का रिकमेन्डेशन अनुमोदन बातिल किया जाए । या तो ये नियम चालू किया जाए जो ग्रेजुएट हैं वो तभी केंद्रीय सरकार का नौकरी केलिए अबेदान कर सकेंगे जब वो स्कूल जीवन में या ग्रेजुएशन करने के समय या ग्रेजुएशन करने के बाद कम से कम डिस्टेंस मोड में प्रारंभिक या प्रज्ञा या पारंगत हिंदी कोर्स कर चुके । ये सबसे अच्छा तरीका हैं । जो केन्दीय सरकार का कोई उची पोस्ट के लिए अप्लाई करना चाहते हैं लेकिन वो माध्यमिक में हिंदी नही पड़ा उसे कंपल्सरी काम से कम प्रारम्बिक हिंदी कोसे माध्यमिक के बाद या हायर सेकेंडरी पड़ते बक्त, या ग्रेजुएशन करते बक्त या ग्रेजुएशन के बाद उसे कम से कम डिस्टेंस मोड में प्रारमविक कोसे करना ही होगा नहीतो वो ऑय के स, आई पी एस, डिफेंस ऑफिसर्स, सी डी इस, कंबाइंड ग्रेजुएट लेवल की परीक्षायें, दी आर डी ओ की परीक्षायें नही दे सकते ये नियम बनाया जाए । छे महीना का प्रारमविक कोसे उसे जरूर करके रखना होगा पढ़ाई के दौरान । क्लास तेन से लेकर ग्रेजुएशन तक कभी भी वह ये प्रारंभिक कोसे कम्पलीट करके रख सकता हैं और जब वो कोई नौकरी के लिए अबेदान करेंगे तब उसे सर्टिफिकेट दिखाना होगा कि वो चार महीना या छे महीना का प्रारंभिक हिंदी कोसे कर चुके हैं, नहीतो वो उस पद के लिए अप्लाई नही कर सकते हैं । सिर्फ ग्रेजुएट होने से काम नही चलेगा । ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री के साथ प्रारंभिक हिंदी कोसे उनके लिए अबस्यके बनाया जाए जो स्कूल में कोई कक्षा में हिंदी एक बिषय के रूप में नही पड़े हैं। ये रूल नियम बनाया जाए ।

Garga Chatterjee, a Lecturer in Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata is organising Bengali people against Hindi. He has opened many groups at different cities against Hindi as national language. His movement is similar to the activities of MNS Cadres in Maharashtra. Immediately he should be arrested on charge of promoting anti national activities. While putting him inside police van police must kick him and thrust him vehemently. If you keep quiet then he will organise Bengali people for anti hindi movement. If you cannot arrest him then set supari killer against him and kill him in crowd. If you take it lightly then their group people will beat Hindi Speaking people for speaking in Hindi. If you cannot arrest him for protesting against Hindi then you can arrest him on charges of Terrorist activities. You can declare that he is promoting riots in Bangladesh. He has big hand with Razakars and Jaanat e islami in Bangladesh. Do it quickly. I want to see him inside jail soon.
Central Government staffs are transferred to different cities after every 3 four years and they have to speak in Hindi. Central Government staffs have authority to speak in Hindi. If local people do not know Hindi and come to any other for his work done then he should bring with him a friend or relative or there must be a staff of his language. Raj Thackeray and his mns activists are doing movement openly against National language Hindi. Therefore, we request to declare mns party as anti Nationalist and arrest Raj Thackeray for instigating his activists against Hindi.
