"Today, Received a case from the Women Helpline (181) regarding a survivor in distress and vex state. The One Stop Centre (OSC) promptly responded, collaborating with the concerned police station zainpora and successfully rescued the survivor. Upon verifying her documents, we confirmed that the survivor was a minor. Consequently, we referred the survivor to the Child Welfare Committee, Shopian, for necessary assistance and support." Yesterday,A shelter case has been reported at Police Station Shopian. Upon receiving information from locals at New Bus Stand Batpora Shopian, a police team reached the spot and found an unknown woman wandering in the area
resident of Soibugh Budgam, Age 24 years old...she stated that she left her home due to family dispute..police station shopian referred case to Osc shopian regarding shelter for her safety, osc shopian registered case provided proper counselling and shelter to survivor and accomodated her properly.
Today,on 22-oct-2024
police station shopian and osc intimated her husband and inlaws who were resident of district budgam called them at osc shopian in order to settle the dispute,After joint efforts led by police station shopian and osc shopian both husband and wife were providing psycho-social counseling. Following successful mediation,
