For infrequent Government buyers (May not have skill of bidding), GeM is going to launch *“Push Button Procurement (PBP)"* for small value procurements purely on experimental basis, for one year.

Conditions of PBP
i. The Value should be less than 1 lacs
ii. Simple push button bidding allowed.
iii. Approval of the Finance Secretary is required.
iv. 5 participants are required, or else normal bidding will follow.
