Madrasas must integrate skills courses and basic business management training alongside their existing curriculum. Without these additions, their graduates will remain subservient not only to Mutwalis but to anyone they encounter in the business world.

By initiating a movement to implement these changes in the seminaries of J&K, we can set a new standard and serve as a beacon of progress. This initiative will equip students with the practical skills needed to succeed independently, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and developing essential entrepreneurship skills.

Without such reforms, people will continue to unfairly criticize Moulvis without understanding the limitations imposed by their traditional education. It's time to bridge the gap between religious and contemporary education, empowering graduates to thrive in a competitive environment.
