It was Chaired by Smt Sarada Muraleedharan, Chief Secretary of Kerala, Mr SK Majumdar, Executive Director, Canara Bank, Mr Thomas Mathew, Regional Director, RBI, Mr Baiju N Kurup, Cheif General Manager, NABARD. PoE has requested the SLBC to request for the State Level data wrt Net Remittances, inward Remittances, How many such account holders are there, having their stay in the 18 x GCC countries and particularly for the ECR categories of the passport holders. He also requested the SLBC to follow all their protocols and increase their scopes wrt Awareness, Support for Emigrant Welfare, Enhancing Remittance Channels, and Addressing Emigrants’ Legal and Documentation Issues.

Letha MS (Finance Officer of KASE) and Shri Liju George (Program Component Manager of Triple Win Deutsch GIZ GmbH) also conducted their sessions.
