Citizen Services Day – Public Hearing ,Administrative Camp & Health Camp

“From Public Outreach to Public Service – From People’s Participation to People’s Development”
On the occasion of Citizen Services Day, a Public Hearing (Jan Sunwayi), Administrative Camp & Health Camp was organized on 05/10/2026 by Amgachia Gram Panchayat, in collaboration with Mohanpur R.D. Block, West Tripura.
The programme provided a platform for citizens to directly place their grievances, concerns and service-related issues before the administration. Necessary guidance and assistance were provided to facilitate access to various Government services and welfare schemes.
The Administrative Camp also aimed to bring essential public services closer to the people and strengthen coordination between citizens, the Gram Panchayat and different Government departments.
The initiative reflects the commitment towards people-centric governance, transparency, accountability and accessible public services, ensuring that the benefits of Government schemes and services reach the people at their doorstep.

Together, let us work towards responsive governance and inclusive development.

As part of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026, Gram Panchayats under Mohanpur RD Block organised Health Camps for Safai Karmis, focusing on their health, safety, well-being and workplace awareness.
On this occasion, the Safai Karmis were also honoured by the Gram Panchayats in recognition of their dedicated and invaluable contribution towards keeping our villages clean, healthy and beautiful.
