We are extremely happy for the feedback and love we have been getting for over the last couple of weeks. As was told, the conference on March 2nd at Technopark was a meek beginning to a massive movement where we successfully brought in students from 40 different campuses across the state. Now, it's high time we translate our ideas into action. We are in the process of structuring our forthcoming activities.

With immense pleasure, we announce that The Creative Rebel will stay as a platform to facilitate the transition of ideas into action for the betterment of our society. It's only through organized collective efforts that we would be able to bring about a change in the society. We look forward to your suggestions and expect your active involvement in the endeavors which are yet to come.

Bravery is the rare ability of conquering life with a smile. Afflicted with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a rare genetic disorder that renders the bones extreamly weak and easy to break, Dhanya leads an extreamly painful life. The disease was able to restrict her movements but could not cripple her ardent spirit. Dhanya is one among the founding members of Amrithavarshini charitable society. A non-profit group that works for the cause and benefit of people afflicted with Brittle Bone disease. She has recieved the brave bangle award for the outstanding courage she has shown in life.

With a lot of hope, We, a group of students embarked on a quest to create a positive impact on the society. The path was rugged and there were hurdles, but the will of the team never died... In the end it all came down to a date, the 2nd of March 2014... With deep anticipation, we kicked off the event and it is deep satisfaction that we feel at the end.

The list of people to thank are many. The people's company who have been our advisors, Mr. Vasudevan sir for extending his whole support for the event, dearest WebopX team and Dhananjai Pai for the wonderful designs, Vyshak Ep for the photographs, Ammu caterers for the great food and the list goes on...

But above all the team thanks all the Speakers and Participants who believed in our cause and helped us spread our message to a bigger crowd.

Note this date: March 2 because it shall be etched in history as the beginning of a new chapter.

EVENT STRUCTURE

All the creative rebels are gathering on March 2nd at Trivandrum, to trigger a big change, in fact, a creative revolution. Thus we need to enlighten our minds and sharpen our thoughts.

The Creative Rebel is conducted and planned in such a way that thoughtful and progressive steps be taken in all fields.

The main events of this first edition of The Creative Rebel discuss the fields of

MEDIA |AGRICULTURE|ART

All the delegates participating in the conference are expected and seen as visionaries who will spearhead revolutionary movements required in these fields.

Keeping this in mind, we may not require debates on any particular issues in any of these fields.

But it is important that we implant knowledge on the sector and more importantly a conviction that the sector is hugely in need of a CHANGE.

Unlike an audient or a critic of the sector, we rebels who actually want to make a change requires a basic awareness of what and how the field is structured, an idea of the current scenario and problems the sector faces and ultimately immediate steps and progressive ideologies that can save it.

Thus the structure of the main events is planned such:-

1st quarter: An accurate image and bird’s eye-view of the sector.

2nd quarter: The current scenario, concerns and problems faced by the sector.

3rd quarter: Progressive analysis on the immediate concerns to be addressed and steps to be taken.

4th quarter: Rebels interacting with the speakers to – express their views on the 3 completed quarters, adding progressive ideas and suggestions to the issues and solution given in the third quarter. Finally, pointing any missed out concerns that will complete the picture
