Spot the Mistake. I’ve always enjoyed painting, especially when I have free times on weekends. Last Saturday, I went to the park and painted a landscape that turned out really nice. My friend told to me it looked as something from a postcard.

End your email with a short sentence that summarizes your message. This is called a closing sentence. It helps the reader know what to do next. Look at the examples in the graphic. Which closing sentence do you think is more polite and professional—A or B?
