Joannaは、サクサクのパイ生地の中にシーフードチャウダーがたっぷり入った「ポットパイ」
Kanyaは、たくさんの料理が並び、好きなものを選んで楽しむ「ナシ・パダン」
Fabianは、ドイツ版とんかつ＆ポテトフライの背徳グルメ「シュニッツェル」
Peipeiは、好きな具材を選んで麻辣味で楽しむ「マーラータン」
Annaは、ベルギーを代表する甘い定番「ブリュッセルワッフル」

どれもそれぞれの国ならではの魅力が詰まった美味しい料理ばかり！

Joanna’s pick is Pot Pie — flaky pastry filled with rich seafood chowder
Kanya chose Nasi Padang — a feast of various dishes served together, where you pick your favourites
Fabian’s comfort food is Schnitzel — Germany’s crispy cutlet served with fries
Peipei selected Malatang — a spicy, flavourful dish where you choose your own ingredients
And Anna’s classic Belgian favourite is the famous Brussels Waffle

Each dish is a delicious taste of its home country!

4月30日、インドネシア出身のCIRがインドネシア語で 「おじいちゃんとパン」 を読み聞かせしました！
読み聞かせの前の少しインドネシアの朝ごはんを紹介しました。インドネシア人は甘いパンの朝ごはんがすきです！

Our Indonesian CIR read "Grandpa and Bread" to the children in Indonesian on April 30th!
Before reading the book, Kanya introduced Indonesian breakfast to the children. Apparently, Indonesian loves to eat sweet breads for breakfast!

💬 English Conversation Club
Held mostly every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month (with some exceptions). It’s open to everyone, so be sure to register!

🗣️ Japanese Salon
Held mostly every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month (with some exceptions). It’s a great chance for foreign residents to practice Japanese, while local Japanese participants can join as volunteer conversation partners!

4月25日に「料理教室：インドネシアの屋台おやつ」を開催しました！🍳✨

初めての料理教室ということもあり、インドネシアの味がニセコの皆さんに合うか少しドキドキしていましたが、
当日はみんなで楽しく作ることができ、出来上がったおやつも「美味しい！」と喜んでいただけて本当に嬉しかったです😊

On April 25, we held a Indonesian Street Food Cooking Class! 🍳✨

As it was our first Indonesian cooking class, we were a little nervous about whether the flavours would suit everyone in Niseko. But on the day, we had a great time cooking together, and we were so happy to hear everyone say the foods were delicious! 😊

4月5日、中国の清明節に合わせて中華料理教室を開催しました！🥟✨

香り豊かなニラと玉子の焼きパイと、ヨモギパウダー入りのおもちをみんなで作りました。
どちらもとても美味しくできました😋

春の食文化や清明節についても学ぶことができ、充実した一日となりました！

On April 5, we held a Chinese cooking class in commemoration of Qingming Festival! 🥟✨

Together, we made fragrant chive and egg pies, as well as mochi with mugwort powder—both turned out delicious 😋

We also learned about springtime food culture and the traditions of Qingming Festival, making it a truly fulfilling day!
