As the celebration comes to a close we want to say "Thank you" to all the guest who came on air and shared their knowledge with us.

We also want to give a special thank you to everyone who came by the booth to say "Hi" to our DJs! They appreciated all the kind words and hope to continue getting your support.

Today Misawa Air Base held the closing ceremony of the POW/MIA memorial.

Volunteers carried the POW/MIA flag during a run around Risner circle, passing it from one runner to the next, to keep the flag moving for a full 24 hours.

This is done in remembrance of the more than 80,000 Americans who were prisoners of war or missing in action and never recovered.

They may be gone, but they are never forgotten.

Never Forget

This Patriot Day marks 25 years since the attacks on September 11th, 2001.

We take this time to remember the thousands of lives lost and honor the sacrifices made by people who chose to put the lives of others before themselves.
