Mailing of Shakai Hoken/Social Insurance Premium (National Pension Premium) Deduction Certificates

Please keep this document in a safe place, as it will be required for year-end tax adjustments or when filing your tax return. You may also opt to receive an electronic version.
If you would like to receive an electronic version, please complete the registration process via the "Myna Portal" (Mina-Portal). (Please note that if you register for this, you will no longer receive the document by mail.)

Eligibility and Mailing Schedule:
● Individuals who paid National Pension premiums between January 1 and September 30, 2026: Documents will be sent between late October and early November 2026.
● Individuals who paid National Pension premiums between October 1 and December 31, 2026: Documents will be sent in early February 2027.

We are providing a "pre-enrollment support grant" as part of our school attendance assistance program.

Eligibility:
Parents or guardians of children who reside in the city (excluding those planning to move out of the city by the end of March 2027) and who will enroll in a public elementary or junior high school (or the 7th grade of a compulsory education school) within the prefecture in April 2027, provided they meet one of the following criteria:
① All members of the household are exempt from municipal inhabitant tax.
② The household’s income for the year 2025 (Reiwa 7) is at or below the threshold established by the City Board of Education.
③ The household has experienced a significant drop in income due to changes in family circumstances, such as unemployment or illness.
