Empowering the girl child is empowering society.
This evening, I was privileged to witness and support groups of young women from Kapsaos Ward initiated by my colleague Hon. Isaac Samoei, MCA Kapsaos ward.
My vision and drive have always been to build an empowered society across all divides, where every young woman is given the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.
Among the chief guests present were Hon. Evans Kapkea and Speaker Philip Muigei. Others in attendance included Hon. Nicholas Rende (Tapsagoi), Hon. Gilbert Lagat (Kiplombe), and Hon. Moses Kebenei (MCA Kapseret Simat).
Together, we can create a stronger and more inclusive future

Today, I joined family, friends, and residents of Sugoi Gaa during the burial of Mrs. Joan Kering, beloved wife of Nakuru Base Commander Jonathan Kering, at their Sugoi Gaa home.
The sudden passing of Joan is a great loss to her family, friends, and the entire Sugoi Gaa fraternity.
Earlier in the day, I also condoled with the family of the late Julius Saina of Chepkulo Village, Moi Barracks.
During these difficult moments, we stand with both families in prayer and solidarity.
May their souls rest in eternal peace.

Today, we witnessed UPEC Chemalal officially launch their album.
It was a vibrant ceremony full of pomp and colour, bringing together guests and worshippers from all walks of life in celebration of this remarkable milestone.
May this new album be a powerful tool in spreading the gospel far and wide, and may the music ministry continue to inspire, uplift, and draw many closer to faith.

Today I had the privilege of joining youth drawn from Sosiani DCC at Sugoi Gaa Local Church during their Back-to-School Rally.
Such platforms remain vital in motivating, guiding, and advising our young people as they resume their studies and shape their future.
Earlier in the morning, I was delighted to host the AIC Leseru Choir for breakfast at my Sugoi Junction home.
It was a moment of fellowship and encouragement through gospel music.

Reducing unemployment begins with supporting our youth in business—by providing financial assistance and creating a conducive environment for them to thrive.
Today, we came together to mobilize funds in support of MC Sotet (Ng’enda) and his public address system business.
May the funds raised go a long way in strengthening his enterprise and expanding his opportunities for growth.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19–20.
Today, I was truly delighted to worship together with Sosiani DCC at AIC Lower Sosiani. This came as women drawn from the same DCC concluded their one-week worship program.
It was a powerful moment of unity, faith, and spiritual encouragement.
I later passed by UPEC Chemalal and interacted with the church men during their after-service briefing.
May this fellowship continue to strengthen our communities and inspire us all to spread the Gospel with love and purpose.

This morning, I had the honor of witnessing the official dedication of Hon. Isaac Samoei’s home, a special ceremony presided over by Bishop Christopher Rutto.
The event was a beautiful expression of faith, gratitude, and community spirit—marking an important milestone for the MCA of Kapsaos Ward. It brought together family, friends, and local leaders in celebration and prayer.
Wishing Hon. Samoei and his family peace, joy, and abundant blessings as they settle into their new home.

"He who walks with the wise grows wise, and a community that supports its own prospers."
Join us this Sunday as we first nourish our souls at AIC Chemalal.
Immediately following the service, we will transition into a special mobilization drive for our brother, John Kibet, popularly known as MC Sotet.
MC Sotet has been a vibrant voice in our ceremonies and events. It is now our turn to help him amplify that voice by raising funds for his new Public Address system.
Your presence and contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in empowering a local talent.
Excellency Arap Kemei CECM for youth and sports Uasin Gishu county will be the MC of the day.
See you at AIC Chemalal this Sunday!

Today, I was privileged to witness the final send-off of my friend, David Kibet Chumba, whom we recently lost while serving in Iraq.
Chumba was a very hardworking and dedicated individual. His commitment to duty saw him rise steadily in his career, a journey that was tragically cut short while in service.
As the people of Kamagut, we will dearly miss him. His legacy of hard work and resilience will remain with us.
May his soul rest in eternal peace
