Residents of Chebarus Village in Sugoi are crying. They have been in the dark for nearly 3 months now. This has been occasioned by a damaged transformer. Kenya Power Care has taken too long to repair it.
"They have been making technical appearance but nothing has been done. Are we lesser clients?" one of the residents lamented.
