Public Procurement Oversight Authority is a
state corporation responsible for the
implementation of the Public Procurements and
Disposal Act, 2005 and its attendant
Regulations. Our key objective is to ensure
public procurement is undertaken in an open,
fair, transparent and competitive manner.
One of our mandate under Section 9(c) of the
PPDA, 2005 is to develop, support training and
the professional development of persons
involved in public procurement. PPOA will hold a
nationwide procurement trainings. The objective
of the training programme is to improve themselves
capacity of the stakeholders to carry out public
procurement in an efficient, effective,
transparent and accountable manner. All our
trainings are tailor made to meet specific needs
