A calm person is not always weak, silent, or unaware. Sometimes calmness is the deepest form of strength. It means you have learned not to react to every insult, every provocation, or every attempt to disturb your peace.

People who live in chaos do not understand silence. They expect anger, explanation, fear, or emotional reaction. But when you stay calm, they become confused. They cannot tell if you have forgiven them, forgotten them, or quietly moved far ahead of them.

True power is not always loud. Sometimes it is the ability to sit still while others expose themselves. Sometimes it is choosing peace while your mind is already building the next chapter.

Do not let people pull you into their storm. Stay focused. Stay disciplined. Stay quiet when noise is unnecessary. Let your actions speak when the time is right.

Because calmness is not emptiness. It is control. And a controlled mind is one of the most dangerous strengths in the world.

This is Agnes Ndanu , the KICC Police OCS, who is currently on the run after she allegedly attacked her 25-year-old girlfriend of three years, Nicole Omondi, and pushed her from a sixth-floor balcony in Thome Estate, Nairobi.

Reports from the police indicate that a violent dispute broke out after a night out drinking, during which the OCS reportedly accused Nicole of cheating on her.

Agnes says that Nicole has been using her tongue and finger in another Woman's Kameno River. This left her heartbroken.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) reconstructed the scene and found evidence suggesting Nicole was repeatedly hit on the head with a bottle, leaving the bed soaked in blood, before she was allegedly pushed over the edge almost sending her to sayuni.

Nicole Omondi survived the plunge but suffered severe spinal injuries and multiple fractures. 🏥 She is currently admitted to the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) awaiting critical surgery, with reports indicating she has been left paralyzed from the waist down. 🩺💔Pole sana, Nicole. 😭
