Too often, youth-led governance initiatives fall short not due to lack of passion, but because they are driven more by emotion than by clear, real-time strategy.

We had an incredible time at Embu University during their inaugural Career Fair. Our Managing Partner delivered a session on “The Value of Volunteerism in the Job Market,” sparking meaningful conversations on employability and career growth.

The Two Cents Leadership Institute is proud to celebrate our Managing Partner, Advice Mundalo, who had the honour of serving as Guest and Speaker at the 5th Graduation Ceremony of the Milestone Institute of Professional Studies.

During the event, Mr. Mundalo delivered an insightful keynote address on “Life Skills for the New Job Market,” speaking to the readiness, resilience and responsibility required of today’s graduates.

Milestone Institute, which operates six campuses across the country, released 700 graduates into the job market—young professionals poised to make a meaningful contribution to Kenya’s future.

We extend our appreciation to the School Principal, the Director, Parents and the student fraternity for the invitation and warm reception accorded to our Managing Partner.

We had the privilege of engaging students at Kenyatta University on the critical subject of election preparedness and the role of young people in shaping governance.

The session centered on empowering youth to transition from noise to voice by taking the most foundational civic step—voter registration. We appreciate the Youth for New Kenya, for hosting this impactful forum and advancing youth participation in national processes.

Our gratitude also goes to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for providing on-site voter registration services and supporting students in taking this vital civic step.

We remain committed to nurturing informed, responsible, and engaged young leaders across the country.

Our Managing Partner Adviceroi Mundalo is set to speak at the Face the People Dialogue in Mombasa under the banner of Political Headache.

GUEST SPEAKER – NATIONAL YOUTH CONVENTION, MOROCCO 🇲🇦

Our Managing Partner, Adviceroi Mundalo , was honoured to serve as a Guest Speaker at the Second National Youth Convention of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) held in Bouznika, Kingdom of Morocco.

In his address, he spoke on youth unemployment across Africa, highlighting the urgency of the issue while commending the proactive measures by both the Party and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco to address it.

Founded in 2008 by Fouad Ali El Himma, PAM has, in less than two decades, emerged as one of Morocco’s two leading political parties — rooted in modernity, inclusivity, and progressive governance.
