The launch of has kicked off in Johannesburg, South Africa. Join us virtually via on https://bit.ly/3LjSM7i for rich discussions & informed reflections on the status of Women's in Africa.

Gender Links, a WPP consortium partner and International IDEA through the WPP Secretariat are the lead researchers of the barometer, a signature publication that demonstrates the status of Women's Political Participation in Africa. It aims to provide evidence, especially to policy makers to advocate and strengthen women's political participation and leadership.

The generous support of the Embassy of Sweden in Ethiopia has enabled the consortium to implement diverse strategic plans to enhance women's political participation in Africa.

WPP Africa programme in partnership with Club De Madrid will be presenting during the 'Youth for the Future: Meaningful Political Representation & Participation workshop' at the University of Nairobi in Kenya.
