Is "One Force One Mission" philosophy the solution to security problems?

Then Major (Dr) Cliff Obwogi, Ph.D wrote a very insightful paper on "One Force One Mission" published on KDF Journal Volume II.

What is meant is that the Kenya Army, Kenya Air force and Kenya Navy start doing their operations jointly, sharing both resources and capabilities.

But there is a problem with this, there are certain traditions found in the army, in navy and air force that are unique. There needs to be drastic changes in the mindset of military personnel, he notes.

He ends by noting despite challenges, One Force One Mission can help KDF realise its goals.
