Market women turned up in numbers, excited and ready to begin their business formalization journey. Boda boda riders received empowering information on protecting and growing their hustle, while shopkeepers and small business owners prepared to shift gears and take their enterprises to the next level.

Today, BRS undertook a team-building exercise themed โBetter Service, Greater Impactโ as part of our ongoing commitment to improving service delivery and strengthening teamwork across the organization.
Speaking during the exercise, the Director General, Kenneth Gathuma, noted that the initiative is part of a robust culture change programme aimed at fostering collaboration, enhancing workplace synergy, and building a high-performing workforce committed to excellence in customer service delivery.
The initiative brought together staff in an engaging and interactive environment designed to promote unity, effective communication, innovation, and a shared sense of purpose among teams. The team buidling facilitator was EVO Teambuilders & Adventure.

The campaign has also promoted awareness of compliance obligations, Business Rescue through the Office of Official Receiver, enhanced access to credit through Movable Property Security Rights, and created awareness on Trust Incorporation as a pathway for safeguarding and managing assets.
