TV sets in every ward?
Simba Arati is set to install screens in every ward so that Kisii residents can watch development projects and football.
Meanwhile, roads are crumbling, hospitals lack essential drugs, and Kisii Town struggles with cleanliness.
If the County Government has money to spend, let it fix roads, stock hospitals, improve sanitation, and provide water services before buying televisions.
Development is not something people watch on a screen it is something they experience in their daily lives.
Our priorities are upside down.
