This year applicants January to June should all have received their Passports. There was a challenge with 50 page booklets but that was sorted in no time and printing of the same expected to begin as quick as possible. No need to panick or downgrade. The governments commitment to issue passports is still on course.

You can track your ID at the centre of application. Visit the nearest Huduma centre and check on it's progress and if there's any issues, you'll be adviced on what to do.

For 34 pages and specifically those earlier applicants from last year should all have their passports. Printing of this has been on for nearly 4 months and continues. Don't just sit back and wait for it to be sorted. If it stays for long, visit the centre of immigration or head to the headquarters and check.

Most importantly those who did applications in various centres outside Nairobi, and the application has stayed for long, make arrangements and visit the office to have the application processed and exported for printing at the headquarters. Great day ahead.

ID printing is still on. The backlog is now being worked and focus is on the students joining University this September. Kindly check your ID progress at the centre of your application .

For those whose passports show Production stage, it doesn't mean your passport has been printed. Kindly wait for your E Citizen account to read Receiving or you have a confirmation text to pick your passport for you to walk in and pick up your Passport. You'll be turned back at the gate entrance without a confirmation text to pick it up.

50 pages booklets are in but still not in the system. They haven't been released for printing but that should happen this week. So applicants of the same pages, kindly be patient. Printing of the same starts soon and you'll be notified when your passport is ready. Blessed week ahead.

Those lined up for Biometrics today,kindly be up early enough and finish up the process. Your safety should be your first priority.

Those doing Replacements of Previous Passport, the system allows you to do 34 pages now. Doesn't matter the number of pages your previous Passport was. First time applicants are allowed to do the 34 pages now. We are running short of 50 pages and so for now kindly apply for the 34 pages. Sorry for the inconveniences caused. Hopefully we'll have the 50 pages booklets restocked soon.

The lines at pick up centre aren't that long now. The process has been enhanced and the process is running smoothly. You'll walk in with your pick up documents and within minutes you are out of the place.

Those whose biometrics time indicate 3pm, kindly be at the Biometrics centre early enough. The gates are closed at 3pm depending with the crowd already inside. Organise yourself so as not to be inconvenienced with this. Lovely day. Be safe out there.

To this day, the 110,000 Passports are yet to be picked up. Kindly show up and check if you among the owners of these passports and pick up your passport.

50 and 34 pages printing is on. 34 pages is at the tail end. Kindly be up early enough and check the progress of your passport. Applicants of last year April to this year May. Your passports are ready for pick up. Organise and see how you'll pick them up.

Those with pick up confirmation messages are free to walk in today and pick up their passports without booking for appointmens. At the entrance, just show your confirmation message and you'll be allowed in. This has to happen before 3pm. And there's no work on Saturdays. Feel free to ask any questions today.
