Youth Empowerment & Development

"I set up my Hustle Yako Initiative with one goal: To empower Kenyan Youth by developing their God-given Skills, Gifts & Talents. After interactive Community Engagement, I have since expanded the target group to encompass Women, PWDs & Wazee, many of whom are Entrepreneurs. Subsequently, Enterprise Development via Skills Training and Linkage to Business Capital is something I am working on delivering to my people.
This December, as we wrap up the year in style, I am going back to my roots and harnessing Creative and Artistic Talent which has enabled me to achieve all my milestones thus far. I am a true testimony that Music and the Creative Arts are a viable income earner. Herein, the Musician / Creative Artist is the 1st Capital Requirement. They are in themselves perhaps more than 50% of what they need. Thus, by tapping into and shaping this innate Skillset / Gift, we are subsequently 50% on our way towards eradicating Poverty & tackling the Unemployment crisis.
I continue to implore all gate-keepers I meet, from School Administrators, Community Leadership, the various Ministries and other Government Officials across various levels that the we must compliment the Academic Curriculum with Practical Skills Development. If I and many others can earn a living from talent, then so can the youth who are coming after us.
I stand to be counted as a Mentor, and an Inspiration, ready to walk with young people, ready to teach, ready to give my time, ready to share my journey and life lessons with them, and ready to open doors for them wherever I can.
The first step in Developing Talent is to give Youth a Platform to Showcase what they can do & what they're good at so that we can identify, reward and shape these Gifts. I have committed to Sponsoring the 2021 Talent Show at Shadrack Kimalel Secondary School next week, a school in my Ward and located right next to where I was born.
Parents in my community have told me, "Angalia watoto wetu, na sisi tutakuwa sawa." My work which began in 2013 continues. This is my Legacy Project. Join me in my journey to Empower. Impact. Change.

Rais alisema Covid-19 haijavuruga sana. Alidai uchumi yetu eti iko sawa juu ali-intervene vile inafaa. Je, unakubaliana naye?
Kumbuka ni biashara ngapi zimeanguka na watu wangapi wamefutwa kazi uchumi ikiwa tu sawa. Kumbuka ni wangapi wameshindwa kulipa kodi na karo za shule uchumi ikiwa chonjo kabisa.
Ningeomba Rais atoke State House kidogo atembee kwa wananchi wa kawaida awaulize venye mifuko yao inakaa. Hizi percentages za GDP hazitusaidii ata na hazilingani na pesa ambazo ziko kwa mfuko na mapato ambayo wananchi wa kawaida wanapata.
Watu wanashindwa kulipa ata mia tano ya NHIF huku Rais anadai uchumi iko tip top. Hehe. Kenya gani hii?State Of The Nation kwa mambo ya kiuchumi iko duni! Tusidanganywe kwa TV.
Wacha tujipange na tuweke serikali ambayo itahudumia wananchi wa kawaida ili waweze kujinufaisha kikazi na katika biashara.

Davidson DNG Ngibuini joined the United Democratic Alliance Kibra MP Aspirant Mariga in a Courtesy Call to two Soccer Teams from their Constituency.
Mariga had promised each of the teams financial support and delivered Ksh. 50,000/= to each of the teams, totalling to Ksh. 100,000/=. It was excited to see the joy on the young lads' faces as well as those of their Coaching Staff and Team Management.
As you know, the Hustle Yako Initiative is a Proud Partner of the Grandpa 1 Milli Super Cup where teams from Kibra are battling it out for the 1 Million Kenya Shillings Cash Prize!
DNG is also playing his part in the development of Sports in his Ward and has sponsored 5 Teams from Woodley Kenyatta Golf Course Ward to participate in the tournament.
DNG is perhaps one of the biggest champions for Youth Empowerment and Development in Kenya. He continues to champion for a sustainable approach to the same, and what better way to empower Kibra and Woodley Kenyatta Golf Course Youth out of Poverty and Unemployment than through Sports?
Sports, if well managed and if supported has the potential to sustain millions of homes and families as a vibrant income generating activity. Needless to say, our young people are the bread winners in our area and are relied and depended upon by many.
Instead of talking about what needs to be done, DNG is vying as an MCA to sort out the problems that plague our community. No more talk. He will not be an activist anymore. He will be a solution provider and a battering ram for change, focused on bringing down the 'metal cages', walls and shackles that have have kept Youth Potential at bay - so help me God.
All he asks is that you support him in this journey by casting your vote in his favour when the time comes.

Davidson DNG Ngibuini called on the Chief Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Enterprise Development, Hon. David Osiany.
Hon. Osiany and DNG are true advocates of Economic Empowerment and Development. Our Founder remembers his previous engagement at a breakfast meeting convened by the then Principal Secretary in the Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth where they agitated for the need to do more to proactively engage the Youthful Population of the Republic Of Kenya through Government Programs.
The goal remains the same - economic uplift of the majority by providing them with viable income generating opportunities. Kenyans are hardworking. Many of them are entrepreneurial, gifted, talented, skilled and many of them have taken the 1st step towards honing a career and starting a business in the aim of success.
We are true believers that the solutions we need in this country are homegrown and are within our grasp. What we need is all arms of Government - from the Executive to the Legislature to pull towards the same direction and focus on providing opportunities for our people.
At the center of Socio-Economic Empowerment is Trade and Enterprise. If our population can successfully participate in Trade and Enterprise, we will solve the perennial challenge of Unemployment and Poverty. Futhermore, with our population engrossed in Trade and Enterprise, there will be no time to engage in Social Vices and other bad habits that do not add any value to our Republic and our livelihoods.
If there is one thing we hope to do in our time, it is this. So help me God.

It's Shujaa Season❗❗❗
The President thought he could oppress us with curfews & lockdown forever. He was wrong.
The President thought Kenyans lacked heart & spirit to call out his poor decision making. He was wrong.
The President thought Kenyans do not know the kind of leadership they deserve. He was wrong.
Together with other like-minded Kenyans, we took on the President & his administration's oppression of Kenyans: Career Professionals, Business People & Entrepreneurs in the name of Covid-19. We stood up against Modern-Day Tyranny. We stood up against Draconian Presidential Decrees. We stood up against Ideological Nonsense.
Curfew & Lockdown have achieved nothing spectacular except enriching the Police via Bribery, empowering the Police to loot businesses & enriching Covid Billionaires who stole donations & got inflated government tenders at the KEMSA reception. Oh, I forgot, Curfew & Lockdown have also plunged Kenya into deeper debt in the name of Loans.
We underscore the President's sterling performance in his handling of this pandemic. We put on record, in bold, his Legacy Project of Curfew & Lockdown. Well done Sir, for showing us how much you love Kenya.
Thank you for agreeing to finally . Thank you for the reopening & lifting of nonsense of your own doing. We appreciate your great kindness towards a tattered economy, shattered industries, collapsed businesses & non-existing careers by your hand.

A Total of 48 teams will Battle It Out for the Ultimate Prize Beginning with the Group Stage.
The Top Two teams From Each Group will Automatically Qualify for the First Knock Out Round. 8 Best Losers will join the 24 teams that make the top two from the 12 groups.
16 Teams from the First Knock out round will go through another Knock Out Round.
8 Teams will battle it out in the Quarter Finals for what we call greener pastures!!! 💵 💰💲💱 💶💳 💷
