. Earlier, Hon. Kibet Langat had already purchased 𝟲 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝘁 for the construction works to begin.
The new footbridge is expected to greatly benefit school-going children, business people, and residents who have for a long time faced challenges crossing the area, especially during rainy seasons. The project is seen as a major boost to connectivity and daily activities within Cheptepe Village.
Residents of Kamara Ward expressed their appreciation for Hon. Kibet Langat’s continued commitment to development and standing with the people at the grassroots level. Many residents assured him of their full support ahead of the 2027 elections, praising his leadership through action and service delivery
