We are just withdrawing from politics point of focus to leadership. We shall be revisiting regularly and keep in touch with growth, development and welfare of our people and not after five years. This is not to diminish the trustworthy of any leader but we need one another for utmost growth and manifesto achievement. Someone is still single... Someone got married and "Waited" Ten Years before having a Child, there is another who holds a baby within a year of marriage.
Someone Graduated at the age of Twenty Two Years, waited for Five Years before securing a well paying job, and there is another who Graduated at age Twenty Seven Years and secured employment immediately.
Someone became CEO at Twenty Five Years and died at Fifty Years while another became CEO at Fifty Years and lived to Ninety Years.
Everyone works based on their "Time Zone"
Your Colleagues, Friends, Younger Ones might "seem" to go ahead of you. Don't envy them, it's their "Time Zones" You are in Yours!
