The Artificial Intelligent Political Messaging System For 2017 Contestants

Basically, TELLMEI approaches problems at community level and works towards making sure that all voters or supporters of any politician are involved in development decision making. The politician on the other hand gets his/her work simplified, well organized and handed to him via a Mobile App ,Web App and a super USSD channel.
The first version of TELLMEI was tested successfully in November 2015. The plan is to provide this technology to 150 politicians only on first come first serve basis.

TELLMEI takes this tech to a new level where the voters can be grouped according to region. In this case, regional development plans are undertaken via USSD and short-codes.

The politician can decide to send SMS to voters of a specific region probably to discuss the development plans for the region.

Once a voter signs up by sending a missed call to the phone number, a copy of his/her number is pushed to a remote database with automated SMS and USSD subscriptions.

The politician can then use an admin panel to send broadcast campaign text messages to the subscribers. The broadcast messages have to go through a verification process to ensure they are not hateful , inciting or insulting. This will usually take between 2 – 24 hours depending on the queue.

TELLMEI is an Artificial Intelligence System working mainly on MCB (Missed Call Broadcasting) technology. The system assigns a politician a special phone number and USSD channel which he/she can give to voters from his/her region.

The voters send a missed call to the phone number to get subscribed to a Regional Campaign Information System and probably get airtime compensation via an automated airtime dispatch module within TELLMEI.
