We were honored to engage students at University of Embu TVET during our Menstrual Health & Life Skills Mentorship Session on March 6th.
Through our “Give to Gain” initiative, we donated reusable pads and shared knowledge on menstrual health, sustainability, and empowerment for young women.
Together, we continue to promote period dignity and opportunity for every girl.

Through this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” we shared reusable Ahadi Pads and had open conversations about menstrual health, breaking myths, and embracing our bodies with confidence. Our goal is simple: to ensure every girl and woman has access to dignified, sustainable period care so they can focus on their education, goals, and dreams.
It was inspiring to connect, learn, and celebrate the strength and resilience of young women who are shaping the future.
