Once you have received your KUCCPS transfer letter/Approval letter, its your responsibility to follow up with the institution to get your admission letter.

here comes the long waited day.

*INTER INSTITUTION TRANSFER*

The Inter Institution Transfer will be open as from *25th July 2022 to 24th August 2022.*

Those who would wish to change their institutions should apply within the specified period.

There are no placement results for inter institution transfer. You just make your application and keep track of where the process is at till its complete

Once its complete and you have your transfer letter, you are required to send it to the institution you have transferred to so that they can make you the admission letters of which you will join with the others.

The inter-institution transfer exercise will commence on 25th July, and end on 24th August 2022. SORRY for the information shared early.

*THOSE WHO WILL BE DOING INTER INSTITUTION TRANSFER*

💠Don't join where you were placed in if you want to transfer

💠Transfer takes less than 2 weeks so once your transfer is complete you can get your admission letter

💠If the institution you are transferring to have already joined, you will join them immediately your transfer is complete and you have your transfer letter

💠The whole transfer is ```done online``` no visiting of any of the institutions

💠Transfer fee is 1000

💠If maybe your transfer is rejected you can reapply again but rectifying the mistake done. You don't pay again

💠You can change the course

💠 You only apply to one institution and course

💠You don't wait till the transfer deadline, yiu just keep track of your transfer till its complete

You get your transfer results once you process is at the transfer letter and you have your transfer letter not after the end of the transfer application deadline date.
An Inter institution transfer takes a maximum of 2 weeks or less. The period varies others can take even 4 days

You can change the course in the inter institution transfer
You remain government sponsored. Nothing changes if you do an inter institution transfer

There are those who want to transfer and are worried about the admission letters.
If the institution you want to transfer to or transferring from has released their admission letters, that doesn't affect anything.
Once they open the inter institution transfer and yoy apply and later your transfer is complete you will get the admission letter and join with the others.
So be patient as we all wait for kuccps to announce when the transfers will begin

INTER-INSTITUTION TRANSFER APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Here is a highlight of the steps to be followed to apply for Inter- Institution transfer:
1). Visit the Students’ online portal by using the address: https://students.kuccps.net
2). Then, Log onto the portal.
3). Click on ‘Transfers’ from the main menu followed by ‘Transfer Applications’.
4). Part 1: Enter the 7- character programme code for the course you want to transfer to in the box labelled, ‘TRANSFER PROGRAMME’. Press enter/ ok and the system will check if you meet the cluster requirements for that programme. If successful, you will be allowed to proceed to the other steps; as listed below.
