Everyday, first thing when you wake up in the morning, try to smell the roses first, before you do anything else...Enjoy the impact it will have on you !

So, I accept that, and I let go of the questions because its too heavy.

See, our UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE and AWARENESS of situation, things, people...Differ from one another. That's why people faced with the same situation/scenario react differently.

So, next time you get pi**ed off by someone...do not cling on "how could they do that to me!" "Seriously?!" because you can not help it anyway! Its not YOU its THEM! They are only doing it to the best of their UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE and AWARENESS.

As for YOU, do not blame yourself either, You were only doing to the best of your UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE and AWARENESS..Just Learn from your mistakes, for with IMPROVED UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE and AWARENESS... you will do better next time.

For, that's LIFE anyways, we are all EVOLVING and GROWING day by day. It's OK, it's NORMAL.. DO NOT BLAME! If you did or do...RELEASE IT before it drains you dry.

Don't let what happens... or what other people say... to you, affect you negatively. Exercise/make use of that super Power within YOU! The will power to CHOOSE how to respond to whatever is happening to you (Your attitude).

i.e two colleagues got fired due to some mistakes they did...
One went home so angry, got depressed, which affected many other areas of his life...
The other one thought of what they did, owed up his mistakes, learnt from it...and saw that it was high time he look for something new..and improve from there...he eventually did, and performed even better!

See, same scenario, different attitudes,different results.

Joy,Anger,Sadness,Fear,Surprise,Contempt and Disgust.

We are mostly made of unpleasant emotions,and since emotions are part of us,we've got to embrace them! Wether we like it or not,for us to fully accept "all of us/our life package".By embrancing them,I mean fully acknowledging them by feeling and expressing them,whenever we come across them in our daily lives,and not trying to supress them.For when we supress them,we lie to ourselves,they will still be there,haunting us, demanding us to express them.

Supressing them=making us even more miserable,trying to get rid of them by involving ourselves in unhealthy, damaging behaviours.
For example,you are angry/sad with someone,instead of facing that person and discussing what pi**es you off,so as to understand...come into agreement..with each other,you just choose to walk away.Meanwhile,that unexpressed anger keeps stiring within you,to the point that you even burst out quarreling with others out of nowhere,destroying your relationships.

We've got to FEEL them Emotions,ACCEPT them,DEAL with them! Always remember,we all have these emotions,so its OK having them.What's not OK is ignoring them.
EXPRESS and don't SUPRESS!

So,next time someone expresses his/her anger to you,out of nowhere...with no reason...please bare with them, they might be Victims of Supressed Emotions.

WE are swimmers in this Ocean of Life, that comes with its Tsunamis,small/big waves,storms. To be more at Peace and in a happy state, as we swim along...even Dive in atimes,find ways to protect ourselves from sharks...is to be in a state of flow, where our thoughts and feelings follow the natural currents of Life(by accepting the reality,and find ways to cope and survive). When we tend to go against the currents(stay in denial,anger,blame game,Fear...), those who have experienced swimming in the ocean,you know what I mean...

Swimming becomes so tough,that we might drawn, find ourselves in a total different side of the ocean that becomes so hard to even survive!. In real Life,creating inner friction I.e stress,due to negative thoughts/feelings, resulting into emotions. Moreover,when we tend to go with the flow,that is I.e finding a way to accept, I.e finding new ways to live with this "New normal times" without fighting to go against the COVID_19 (current).As a result, we will feel light,our minds will become spontaneous and joyful, despite the heavy current(s).

NB: when we are in the ocean,we swimm! We don't just stand still,keep complaining of the water situation...stressing about the weather in the ocean...all we do is swim! Find ways to handle/cope in the ocean...till we reache the shore(our End).

Hey, we were born to ride this Life to the end! So keep riding on!
