One of the most impactful initiatives spearheaded by TVET CDACC is the implementation of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Through RPL, skilled artisans, technicians, and informal sector workers can now receive formal certification based on competencies acquired through experience and practice.
This initiative continues to promote inclusivity, dignity of labour, and economic empowerment.
The Council has already trained 746 RPL practitioners and assessed over 1,300 candidates under the programme.
