Having read on and followed these two great women leaders political careers, it is striking how society, ours included, harangues and judges women in decision-making positions on such trivial scales as their body image or even the pitch of their voice! On this day, I wonder, has society made any remarkable progress on its treatment of women in leadership be it political, corporate or in the peace and conflict arena? Is Thatcher right in today's ratings?
