we are heading to a crucial time in Kenya. Under the guidance of the new constitution, next year Kenya will hold its general elections that will bring to birth the new governing structures (counties). The people that we will choose next year will greatly determine our development course especially under the new devolved system. Governors will play crucial role in county development. six positions or more will be up for grabs. Thus said,YA is requesting young people to send issues affecting them in their counties. The YA will use the information collected to educate young people, through this forum, on their role in choosing leaders of intergrity and on what to expect from their leaders as per the new dispensation. Kindly send the issues to the [email protected]
Let us be the change that we desire and let us play our role in as citizens of this country!
Change of persons is not change. Change of titles is not change. Change of office bearers is not change. Change is deviation from the inadequate norm, the rejuvenation of positive thoughts and an inbuilt resolve to do better.
Kenyan forces ambushed by Al Shabaab militants at Delbio; this goes to our dear Media in Somalia please stop directing Alshabaab!
Motion 1: Gaddafi dictatorship is better than our democracy.
On this day, no matter where we come from, what God we pray to, or what race or ethnicity we are, we should unite against the forces of terror. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the gr***de attack in OTC bus station.
Wanjikus....should Raila step aside as PM together with his PS to allow investigations into the KKV scam by his office?

The media has successfully painted Gaddafi as a hard-core dictator, tyrant whatever you want to call him. However, the media as usual has also failed to show the kind, giving Gaddafi we never heard of. Gaddafi, unlike most dictators I will refrain from naming, managed to show his humane side, the very side we dream of seeing in other dictators who just talk and talk.
Now let us get to the unknown facts about the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi:
1. There is no electricity bill in Libya; electricity is free for all its citizens.
2. There is no interest on loans, banks in Libya are state-owned and loans given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law.
3. Home considered a human right in Libya – Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a home. Gaddafi’s father has died while him, his wife and his mother are still living in a tent.
4. All newlyweds in Libya receive $60,000 Dinar (US$50,000) by the government to buy their first apartment so to help start up the family.
Which other dictator has done much good to his people?
