Processing of pension dues by the NSSF Kenya is targeted to take a maximum of five days. Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Cabinet Secretary Dr. Alfred Mutua revealed this during the Ministry's Performance validation and vetting exercise by the Deputy Chief of Staff, Performance and Delivery Management Eliud Owalo and the Secretary to the Cabinet Mercy Wanjau at the NSSF Building.
The exercise meant also to showcase the achievements in the last two years revealed that the number of online jobs created for Kenyans have increased from 72 to 9000.
Following concerted efforts by the government, Mutua is optimistic of an increase on labour migration by 500%.

The Deputy Chief of Staff, Performance and Delivery Management, Eliud Owalo and Secretary to the Cabinet, Dr. Mercy Wanjau,were today briefed on the Ministy for Investments, Trade and Industry,vetted Ministerial PC commitments for FY 2024
/2025 and milestones achieved by the 5th Administration during the last two years by Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya.
The CS said that over the last two years ,two economic zones with 19 investors on the pipeline have been realised.

In the last two years of the current regime, Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs has disbursed Ksh. 54.9 billion to 21.87 million Kenyans through the Hustler Fund. This was noted during the validation exercise by Eliud Owalo DCoS and Dr. Mercy Wanjau for the Cooperative and MSMEs ministry at NSSF Building today.

The State Department for Performance and Delivery Management was awarded a second runners-up trophy for year 2021 for exemplary performance and innovation during the Africa Service Day at Kenya School of Government .
The award was for the "Fostering Innovation to Deliver Inclusive and Equitable Services for all including through digital transformation" category.
