IYR Applications Open 1 October | Y's Men International Applications for the International Youth Representative 2026–2028 open on 1 October. If you’re 18–28, passionate about youth issues, and ready to represent young voices worldwide, this could be for you.

As many of you know, we adopted a school, namely Kibera Educational Centre where under the leadership of IPCP Benson Kasuti , we've conducted mentorship programs.

This time however, we are partnering with the nairobi South
YMCA for a talent event at the school.

I introduce to you:
The little Mr and Miss YMCA Kibera
The inaugural showcase will highlight confidence, creativity, and courage among the young learners of YMCA Kibera Primary School.

It is scheduled for 31st July 2025, as the academic term comes to a close. You are all invited to attend.

As a partner, the YMCA South is covering most of the program expenses.

I'd like for us to show our support by sponsoring lunch for the kids, ensuring they enjoy their day fully.
With your support I'm confident we can do this and so much more.

Ladies and gentlemen of the Nairobi Y's youth club

On the 26th of July 2025, we had our first Ys youth meeting for the 2025/2026 calendar year. Which also served as an installation of club officials, training and induction of new members.

We had the pleasure of having the YS Men CPE Alvin Dadio attend and oversee the installation and induction.

I present the leaders and their capacity in the movement:

Ys youth Victor was officially inducted to the movement as well.

It was an interactive session as we shared our views and experiences in the movement.
CPE Alvin Dadio's keynote message emphasized the importance of active commitment, teamwork and networking amongst ourselves.

Today, we had a wonderful catch-up session with the Nairobi Y's Youth Club members

We were also glad to be joined by 3 invited guests, bringing our total attendance to nine.

It was refreshing to reconnect, celebrate the wins of the year so far, and reflect on key learnings as we look ahead.

Looking forward to even greater moments together!
