Join the region’s most influential real estate platform and be part of the conversations driving investment and urban growth across East Africa.

KPDA was pleased to host Sky Peak Developers, the Nairobi arm of Beijing Xiangfeng group, for a courtesy visit and meet-and-greet at the Secretariat.

Ahead of the launch of their upcoming project, Golden Hill, scheduled for next week Thursday, 30 April at JW Marriott Nairobi, the team shared valuable insights from their development journey in Nairobi, offering on-the-ground perspectives from a global developer operating within the local market.

Such engagements are important in deepening our understanding of member experiences, business realities, and the evolving needs of the sector. They also strengthen KPDA’s ability to support its members more effectively and advocate for a more enabling built environment.

We appreciate the visit and welcome continued engagement with our members as we keep these important conversations going.

Last Friday, KPDA joined the Kenya Decarbonization Finance Accelerator Coalition Kick-Off Workshop convened by GBPN and the State Department for Public Works.

Our message was clear: if green buildings are to scale, the market must work for developers too — through practical financing, credible standards, and incentives that make sustainable construction commercially viable.

We thank GBPN for convening this important conversation and look forward to continued collaboration in shaping a greener built environment for Kenya.
