From February 23 — the transformation in motion! Today we’re excited to share a photo update showing real progress on our eco-theatre space on the making.
Comrades are seen pushing a cart stacked with poles, carefully measuring the space, and marking where the foundation holes will go.
Step by step, we're building a sanctuary where nature, knowledge and culture will meet.

This morning, Comrade Tafari is reporting to DCI Dandora to follow up on malicious incitement charges leveled against him. It has now been 20 days since Directorate of Criminal Investigations - DCI officers stole his phone a blatant abuse of power with no warrant and no accountability.

This is part of a broader strategy by the state to silence activists and dismantle the Social Justice Movement.

Yesterday, we gathered at Kayole Bidii Yeti Youth Group— a powerful site of urban resistance and transformation. Once a neglected public space abused as a dumpsite, it is now being reclaimed and nurtured by the youth into a green, ecological haven for the community.

As the Land and Ecological Justice Network , part of the Social Justice Centers Nairobi Chapter , we continue to hold vibrant sessions here — deepening community political consciousness and reaffirming this space as a living front of the urban struggle.

Forward to organizing, resisting and building from below. Because every piece of liberated land is a step closer to dignity, justice, and freedom.
