Hon. Kevin Illa held a constructive engagement with the leadership of Ngomongo Boda Boda SACCO leaders from all 12 stages and engaged them so as to transform and uplift BodaBoda sector for the benefit of riders and community at large.

He engaged over 70 Korogocho residents sharing his vision and listening to their concerns on insecurity, community services, and youth unemployment.

The Korogocho grassroots engagement continues. Hon. Kevin Illa met and engaged with over 50 women from Kisumu Ndogo/Nyayo Cell, Korogocho Ward. He remains committed to engaging everyone, step by step. On behalf of Kisumu Ndogo/Nyayo women, for the warm reception and steadfast support he has been accorded. Hon. Kevin Illa visited Kabaridi Youth Group, a youth-led initiative championing environmental conservation along the Nairobi river in Ngomongo Village, Korogocho Ward. The group highlighted the positive impact of their work, including youth empowerment, reduced crime, income generation, and strengthened social cohesion across communities.
We held a constructive engagement and agreed to walk this journey together towards trusted, inclusive leadership.

Hon Kevin Illa engaged Sau Paulo Group, a local football team in Korogocho Ward, to discuss challenges facing the sports fraternity. Key issues raised included lack of uniforms and footballs, transport to matches, and league fees. Kevin Illa reaffirmed his commitment to prioritize sports development as MCA in 2027, recognizing sports as a vital tool for youth empowerment, discipline, and community safety.
