The NPS has emphasized that the recruitment process is completely free of charge and has warned the public against offering or giving bribes to secure placement. Any cases of corruption or solicitation should be reported immediately through official NPS hotlines or nearby police stations.

*General Advisory:*
Attend only at the designated recruitment centers on the stated date.

Carry original identification and academic documents.

Do not engage with individuals claiming to guarantee recruitment for payment, all such offers are fraudulent.

*Public Interest – Kenya*

The Universities Academic Staff Union (UASU) will reconvene its top leadership to review the government’s proposed two-phase payment plan for the Sh7.9 billion owed to university staff. This move signals possible progress toward ending the 48-day nationwide university staff strike.

*General Advisory:*
University staff and students should remain alert for official communication from UASU and university administrations.

Institutions should prepare for a possible resumption of academic activities.
