The TSC Staff Superannuation Scheme was established in January, 1993 and has operated under the management of various Trustees. However, a new Scheme known as TSC Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme was established with effect from 1st July, 2012 following a directive from The Government. The main goal of the scheme is to provide retirement and other benefits for TSC Secretariat staff and their respective dependants on a sustainable basis.
