ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងតំណាងអង្គការ UNESCO ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ជួបពិភាក្សាជំរុញកម្មវិធី BEEP ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការសិក្សាពេញមួយជីវិត (Lifelong Learning)!

ទីស្តីការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍: នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកបណ្ឌិត ជួប រតនា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មការជាតិអ្នកជំនាញទេសចរណ៍ បានដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីជំនាញជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ កញ្ញា Esther McFarlane ប្រធានផ្នែកអប់រំនៃអង្គការ UNESCO និងក្រុមការងារ
នៃអង្គការ UNESCO ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។

កិច្ចពិភាក្សាខាងលើមានគោលបំណងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្សក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី សមមូលអប់រំកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន (Basic Education Equivalent Program-BEEP) ដើម្បីបើកឱកាសឱ្យអ្នកជំនាញទេសចរណ៍ដែលបានបោះបង់ការសិក្សានៅថ្នាក់ទី៧ ទី៨ និងទី៩ សំដៅជំរុញការសិក្សាពេញមួយជីវិត (Lifelong) ទទួលបានការទទួលស្គាល់គុណវុឌ្ឍិ និងមានលទ្ធភាពបន្តការសិក្សានៅកម្រិតខ្ពស់។

កម្មវិធីនេះនឹងរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់កម្រិតចំណេះដឹងទូទៅ និងសមត្ថភាពវិជ្ជាជីវៈរបស់បុគ្គលិកក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ដោយផ្តល់នូវផ្លូវសិក្សាដែលមានភាពបត់បែន និងសមស្របទៅនឹងស្ថានភាពការងារជាក់ស្តែង។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ការទទួលស្គាល់គុណវុឌ្ឍិអប់រំកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន នឹងជួយពង្រឹងឱកាសការងារ ចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយសិក្សាពេញមួយជីវិត និងការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្សរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។

សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពីការវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិ “កម្មវិធីមុខរបរ និងការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤-២០២៨ (Decent Work Country Programme - DWCP)” របស់អង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO)!

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ លោកបណ្ឌិត ជួប រតនា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មការជាតិអ្នកជំនាញទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ស្តីពីការវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិ “កម្មវិធីមុខរបរ និងការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤-២០២៨” របស់អង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO) នៅសណ្ឋាគារខាំបូឌីយ៉ាណា ភ្នំពេញ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល អង្គការវិជ្ជាជីវៈតំណាងនិយោជក និងអង្គការវិជ្ជាជីវៈតំណាងកម្មករនិយោជិត ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្តអាទិភាព និងគម្រោងនានារបស់ DWCP សរុបប្រមាណ ៧០ រូប។

គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ គឺដើម្បីអនុវត្តវិធីសាស្ត្រប្រមូលចងក្រងលទ្ធផល (Outcome Harvesting) ក្នុងការពិនិត្យនិងវាយតម្លៃពាក់កណ្តាលអាណត្តិនៃកម្មវិធី DWCP លើសមាសភាគគោលសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ៣ រួមមាន៖
១. មូលធនមនុស្ស
២. កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច
៣. ទំនាក់ទំនងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ (Industrial Relations)

លទ្ធផលរំពឹងទុកពីសិក្ខាសាលានេះ រួមមាន៖
១. ទទួលបានទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅដ៏ច្បាស់លាស់អំពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរសំខាន់ៗ ដែលសម្រេចបាននាពេលកន្លងមក។
២. ទទួលបានកម្រងលទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយភាពជឿជាក់ និងមានឯកសារយោងត្រឹមត្រូវ។
៣. ទទួលបានការយល់ដឹងស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីការចូលរួមចំណែករបស់អង្គការ ILO និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
៤. កំណត់បាននូវឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ (Best Practices) បញ្ហាប្រឈម និងមេរៀនដែលទទួលបាន។
៥. ផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ជាក់ស្តែង សម្រាប់ការកែលម្អការអនុវត្ត DWCP និងផ្តល់ជាធាតុចូលសម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីក្នុងរយៈពេលដែលនៅសេសសល់។

គួររំលឹកផងដែរថា កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កន្លងទៅ អង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO) បានគាំទ្រក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងការរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោលជាតិលើជំនាញការិយាល័យជួរមុខ (Front Office) ស្របតាមគុណវុឌ្ឍិជាតិកម្ពុជា ចំនួន ២៨ នាក់, គ្រូបង្គោលជាតិលើជំនាញសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ ចំនួន ៣៥ នាក់ និងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអ្នកវាយតម្លៃបង្គោលជាតិផ្នែកសេវាកម្មសណ្ឋាគារ ចំនួន ៣៣ នាក់ សរុបចំនួន ៩៦ នាក់។

Mid-Term Evaluation Workshop on the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) “Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) for Cambodia 2024–2028”

Phnom Penh: On June 1, 2026, with the high authorization of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, Dr. Chuob Ratana, Director of Tourism Professional Training Department and Head of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Tourism Professionals, attended the Mid-Term Evaluation Workshop on the ILO's "Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) for Cambodia 2024–2028" at the Hotel Cambodiana, Phnom Penh.

The workshop brought together approximately 70 participants, including representatives from the Royal Government, employers' organizations, and workers' organizations, all of whom are key stakeholders in implementing DWCP priorities and related projects.

The primary objective of the workshop was to utilize the "Outcome Harvesting" methodology to review and evaluate the mid-term progress of the DWCP across three core pillars:
1. Human Capital Development
2. Economic Growth
3. Industrial Relations

The anticipated outcomes of the workshop seek to provide:
1. A comprehensive and precise overview of the significant transformations achieved to date.
2. A credible, well-documented repository of outcomes and references.
3. In-depth insights into the strategic contributions of the ILO and its partners.
4. Identification of institutional best practices, challenges, and lessons learned.

Actionable recommendations to optimize the implementation of the DWCP and provide strategic inputs for the remaining duration of the programme.

Notably, in 2025, the ILO extended critical support to the Ministry of Tourism in organizing national capacity-building initiatives aligned with the Cambodia National Qualifications Framework. These initiatives successfully trained 96 professionals, including 28 National Trainers in Front Office operations, 35 National Trainers in Food and Beverage Services, and 33 National Assessors in Hotel Services.

Congratulations to the Youth Dream Fulfillment Association on its official reauthorization as a Tourism Vocational Training School!

The Ministry of Tourism expresses its profound gratitude to the Youth Dream Fulfillment Association for its steadfast partnership in advancing vocational training and human resource development within the tourism sector, particularly for youth from underprivileged backgrounds. From 2015 to 2025, the Association has empowered a total of 537 youth by providing comprehensive training across four specialized disciplines: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Services, and Cooking.

ដោយពិនិត្យឃើញពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងការបំពេញបានតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌបច្ចេកទេសរបស់សាលា នាយកដ្ឋានបានពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការពង្រីកកិច្ចសហការបន្ថែម តាមរយៈការរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូបង្គោលជាតិអាស៊ាន (ASEAN National Trainers) និងអ្នកវាយតម្លៃបង្គោលជាតិ (National Assessors) សម្រាប់ខេត្តសៀមរាប នាខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ។

សូមជម្រាបជូនថា ក្នុងឆ្នាំសិក្សា ២០២៥-២០២៦ នេះ ដែលជាជំនាន់ទី៥ អង្គការស្លាបព្រាកម្ពុជា បានផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ដល់យុវជនមកពីគ្រួសារខ្វះខាតចំនួន ៨០នាក់ ឱ្យទទួលបានឱកាសសិក្សាក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញសេវាកម្មម្ហូបអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈ ជំនាញចុងភៅ ជំនាញដុតនំ និងធ្វើបង្អែម និងជំនាញឆុងកាហ្វេ ដើម្បីទទួលបានចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញពិតប្រាកដ សម្រាប់កសាងអនាគតដ៏រុងរឿងនាពេលខាងមុខ។

The Department of Tourism Vocational Training and Spoons Cambodia Organization Strengthen Collaboration on Tourism Vocational Training and Human Resource Development

Siem Reap Province: On May 30, 2026, a delegation from the Tourism Professional Training Department, led by Department Director Dr. Chuob Ratana and accompanied by three officials, conducted an official visit to the Tourism Vocational Training School of the Spoons Cambodia Organization. The visit aimed to foster institutional collaboration in vocational training and human resource development within the tourism sector.

During the visit, the Director led a comprehensive evaluation of the institution's physical infrastructure, administrative framework, faculty qualifications, and curriculum design. This assessment was vital to ensure absolute compliance with the regulatory frameworks established by the Ministry of Tourism, aimed at elevating the quality of tourism vocational education. Furthermore, the evaluation verified that the institution meets all prerequisite criteria for its pending official registration and accreditation as the Spoons Cambodia Tourism Vocational School.

In recognition of the school’s adherence to these institutional standards, the Department explored possibilities for expanding the scope of their partnership. This includes the prospective organization of training workshops for ASEAN National Trainers and National Assessors in Siem Reap Province, scheduled for July 2026.

Notably, for the 2025–2026 academic year, which marks the institution's 5th cohort, Spoons Cambodia Organization has granted full scholarships to 80 underprivileged youths. This initiative provides them with specialized training in Food and Beverage Services, Culinary Arts, Pastry and Baking, and Barista Skills—equipping them with practical skills and professional expertise to build sustainable career paths for the future.

បេក្ខជន បេក្ខនារី ដែលទទួលបានជ័យលាភីខាងលើអាចអញ្ជើញមកចុះឈ្មោះដាក់ពាក្យចូលរៀន ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃប្រកាសលទ្ធផលស្ថាពរនេះ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាខាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យវ៉ាន់ដា ខេត្តសៀមរាប រៀងរាល់ម៉ោងធ្វើការ។ ចំពោះកាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមដំណើរការចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តទៅ។

សម្រាប់ បេក្ខជន បេក្ខនារី ដែលពុំបានចុះឈ្មោះដាក់ពាក្យចូលរៀនតាមកាលបរិច្ឆេទខាងលើ គណៈកម្មការប្រឡងសូមចាត់ទុកលទ្ធផលរបស់បេក្ខជនជាមោឃៈ ឬស្មើនឹងបេក្ខជនបោះបង់លទ្ធផលប្រឡង។

ការប្រឡងនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមសង្កេតការណ៍ពីតំណាងអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ មន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តសៀមរាប និងខេត្តជុំវិញ សមាគមមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍ សមាគមទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងអ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវតម្លាភាព យុត្តិធម៌ និងគុណភាពនៃដំណើរការប្រឡងទាំងមូល។

ការប្រឡងនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅពេញមួយថ្ងៃ ដោយបែងចែកជាការប្រឡងវិញ្ញាសាសរសេរ លើចំណេះដឹងវប្បធម៌ទូទៅ និងភាសាឯកទេស រួមទាំងវិញ្ញាសាសម្ភាសផ្ទាល់មាត់ ដើម្បីវាស់ស្ទង់សមត្ថភាពរបស់បេក្ខជន។

ផ្អែកតាមការវាយតម្លៃ បេក្ខជនបានបង្ហាញនូវចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍រីករាយ ពេញចិត្ត និងគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងចំពោះនីតិវិធីនៃការរៀបចំការប្រឡងនេះ ព្រមទាំងបានស្នើឱ្យគណៈកម្មការប្រឡងបន្តរក្សានីតិវិធីប្រឡងដ៏ម៉ត់ចត់ និងតឹងរឹងបែបនេះ សម្រាប់ការប្រឡងលើកក្រោយៗទៀត។

លទ្ធផលនៃការប្រឡងបានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់បេក្ខជន និងបានបង្ហាញពីធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយសក្តានុពល ក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍ទេសចរណ៍អាជីព ស្របតាមតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងនៃវិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ក្នុងបរិបទនៃការស្តារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាព ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង និងចីរភាព។

Ministry of Tourism Conducts Entrance Examination for the 28th Cohort of the Regional Tourist Guide Training Program for Siem Reap and Surrounding Areas

On 29 May 2026, with the high approval of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, H.E. Vann Sereyrath, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism, presided over the entrance examination for candidates seeking admission to the 28th Cohort of the Regional Tourist Guide Training Program for Siem Reap and Surrounding Areas. The examination was held at the Siem Reap Campus of Vanda University.

The examination process was observed by representatives from the Anti-Corruption Unit, the Provincial Departments of Tourism of Siem Reap and neighboring provinces, the Tourist Guide Association, the Cambodia Tourism Association, and members of the media. Their participation helped ensure transparency, fairness, and the overall quality and integrity of the examination process.

The examination was conducted throughout the day and comprised written tests on general cultural knowledge and specialized language proficiency, as well as oral interviews designed to assess the candidates’ knowledge, communication skills, and professional aptitude.

Based on the evaluation and feedback received, candidates expressed strong satisfaction with and support for the examination procedures. They highly appreciated the transparent, fair, and rigorous assessment process and encouraged the Examination Committee to maintain such stringent standards in future examinations.

The examination results reflected the candidates’ thorough preparation and demonstrated the availability of a promising pool of human resources with the potential to serve as professional tourist guides. These outcomes are aligned with the practical needs of Cambodia’s tourism sector, particularly in the context of tourism recovery and the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality, competitiveness, and sustainability of the industry.

This tourist guide examination forms part of the Ministry of Tourism’s continued commitment to strengthening human resource capacity and elevating professional standards within the tourist guiding profession.
