K-CNN VISA is looking for the full-time employee, working from Monday to Friday:
Responsibilities:

- Assist advisors, supervisors, and lawyers in drafting and preparing fee proposals, legal advice, and opinions, due diligence exercise and due diligence report, legal briefs/ memorandum, contracts/ agreements, and newsletters;
- Assist advisors, supervisors, and lawyers in drafting, reviewing, and translating from Khmer to English and vice versa;
- Assist advisors, supervisors, and lawyers in coordinating various
- Assist advisor, supervisors, and lawyers in drafting and updating templates, policies, and working tools assigned by supervisory and management;
- Keep informing and updating new update of laws, regulations, and other regulatory news related to project business;
- Conduct research in various fields of laws and regulations; and perform other secretarial, substantive, and administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisor/ management.
- Translate legal documents
- Fill out application forms.
