🌱 The 13-Year Guaranteed Education Programme – 9th Intake was successfully inaugurated 07/05/2026 at the National Institute of Plantation Management (NIPM) Bogawantalawa Regional Centre with the participation of 17 students enrolled in the Tea Field Officer Programme (NVQ Level 04).

Conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, this programme provides valuable opportunities for school leavers to gain industry-relevant knowledge, practical exposure, and nationally recognized vocational qualifications in the plantation sector.

NIPM warmly welcomes all students to this new academic journey and wishes them every success in becoming skilled professionals who will contribute to the sustainable development of Sri Lanka’s plantation industry.
