🌟 RISE AGAIN 2025 – ALUTH HETAK 🌟
Rebuilding Lives | Creating Future Leaders | Investing in Sri Lanka
We are proud to launch RISE AGAIN 2025 – ALUTH HETAK, a National Psychosocial Recovery & Student Empowerment Programme designed to support O/L and A/L students affected by the 2025 cyclones and floods across Sri Lanka.
📌 In late November 2025, Cyclone Ditwah made landfall and triggered widespread flooding and landslides throughout the island — severely affecting homes, schools, and communities. More than 2 million people were impacted, including hundreds of thousands of children whose education, emotional well‑being, and school routines were disrupted.
This initiative focuses on restoring hope, resilience, and motivation for students by providing evidence‑informed psychosocial support, life‑skills training, motivational guidance, and educational empowerment opportunities.
🎯 Goals of RISE AGAIN 2025 – ALUTH HETAK
🔹 Rebuild emotional strength and resilience among affected students
🔹 Empower youth with life skills and future‑ready mindsets
🔹 Create opportunities for academic and personal growth
🔹 Support communities in holistic recovery and sustainable development
🌍 Why It Matters
The aftermath of Cyclone Ditwah has left many children displaced, living in temporary shelters, and facing ongoing emotional distress and educational setbacks. The need for psychosocial support and structured recovery efforts is critical to help young learners regain stability and confidence.
📌 How You Can Be Part of This Mission
We invite schools, community leaders, partners, and philanthropists to join hands with us in backing this transformative initiative and investing in a brighter future for Sri Lanka’s youth.
📣 Together, Let’s Rise Again — Stronger, Brighter, and United.
