Happy Heavenly pre birthday, Grandmom: 3/20/26.
Today, with hearts full of gratitude and deep honor, the Rachel J. Stevens INT'L School of Excellence celebrates the approaching birthday of our beloved grandmother, mother, and the visionary bearer of our late motherâs legacy, Mrs. Rachel J. Stevens.
As May 20 draws near, we reflect on a life that continues to inspire generations. Mama Rachel was a strong, God-fearing, principled, and hardworking woman whose faith, wisdom, and love laid the foundation for many lives. Through her sacrifices and spiritual guidance, she raised not only biological children, but also countless spiritual sons and daughters who continue to walk in the values she planted.
Today, through her biological childrenâamong them Mrs. Agnes Mammie Brown Rammie, Mrs. Junita W. B. Tamba, and many othersâher legacy lives on. The very existence of the Rachel J. Stevens INT'L School of Excellence stands as a living testimony to her vision, strength, and unwavering commitment to God and community.
As your birthday approaches, we celebrate your remarkable life, your faith, and the seeds you sowed that continue to grow. May your legacy forever shine as a light of wisdom, discipline, and love to generations yet unborn.
With deepest love and honor,

Oh Death, This is not the end!
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Welllington E. Pennoh, who departed this life on February 25, 2026.
Mr. Pennoh faithfully served as a devoted classroom teacher and as Dean of Studentsâ Affairs at Rachel J. Stevens INTâL School of Excellence. In every role he carried, he was more than an educatorâhe was a mentor, a father figure, a counselor, and a guiding light to countless students.
