I will miss you always, but be sure that, where you have capacitated me, I will multiply it. You have left Lesotho a legacy.

Lesotho has successfully completed the 2023 State Party Annual Report (SPAR) on the progress made on International Health Regulation (IHR 2005) capacities needed to detect, assess, notify, report, and respond to Public health emergency of international concern.
The Multi-sectoral Team of International Health Regulations Points of Contact has been hard at work this week in Mahlakapese, Leribe!

7 of the 7 Diseases Surveillance Cross Border collaboration committees completed 4-7 December 2023, between Underberg - Harry Gwala District (RSA) and Mokhotlong (Lesotho). Highly participation of partners (WHO, IOM, UNICEF, JHPIEGO, ECSA-HC _online) DDM.
The JBCC is implemented and so is IHR 2005 is executed.

We went, we met, we established 6th of the 7 Diseases Surveillance Cross Border collaboration committee, Qacha's Nek (Lesotho)_Afred Nzo (South Africa). It can only be the hand of God that all is possible.
