🔒 We take data security seriously. Donors can choose from several options, including donating devices without any data storage. Every contribution comes with full certification for data wiping and donation, and we manage the logistics from start to finish—including all necessary authorisations for transport.

💪🏽 Our Social Circular Economy operations are fully financed by Ministère de la Famille, des Solidarités, du Vivre ensemble et de l'Accueil, allowing 100% of donated devices to go directly to beneficiaries—completely independent of any participation in our classes or other services. We are certified by Ecotrel and the D'Ëmweltverwaltung / Administration de l'environnement to refurbish computers and smartphones in Luxembourg.

🤝 Do you know someone receiving welfare or with refugee status? They are eligible for a free refurbished laptop — but many don’t know about it. Help spread the word and support their journey toward digital independence!

✅ Applying is easy — and if help is needed, we offer support every Friday morning. The waiting time is less than one month!

🛠 All repairs are carried out in our volunteer workshop, which allows us to offer beneficiaries a free repair warranty with every device.

🧑‍💻 In addition, the workshop offers unemployed individuals a meaningful activity, while teaching and certifying computer maintenance skills that enhance their professional profile.

Suite au succès de l’édition de l’année dernière, nous relançons la Semaine du Language Lab pour aider encore plus de personnes à améliorer leurs compétences linguistiques — gratuitement !

⚠️ Les places sont limitées ! La priorité est donnée aux personnes bénéficiant de l’allocation de vie chère et aux réfugiés. Si vous correspondez à l’un de ces critères, merci de joindre une preuve :

• BPT → papier bleu
• Allocation de vie chère → une copie de l’attestation de l'allocation de vie chère.

Pour profiter pleinement de cette opportunité, nous vous demandons de vous engager à utiliser le logiciel au moins 10 heures par mois.

💪🏻♻️ At Digital Inclusion, we’re turning this challenge into an opportunity! We’re introducing a third lifecycle for some older laptops by installing Linux — so your device can keep working for you!

Here’s how we can support you if you currently have a Windows 10 laptop from us:
🔹 If your laptop is too old to run Windows 11, you can return it to us. If you’re still socially eligible (receiving the cost-of-living allowance or refugee status), you can get a newer laptop with Windows 11.
