Chess competition to mark the World Chesd day celebrated on 20 July 2023
The Mauritius Chesd Federation in collaboration with the City Council of Port Louis is organizing a chess competition at the Lord Mayor’s lounge on Sunday 30 July 2023 at 9.30 am
Prize giving ceremony is scheduled at 14.30

Prixe giving ceremony organized by the City Council of Port Louis for the teams that have performed outstandingly at the Regional Tournament organized by the MFA Regional of Port Louis.

Function held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at the Council Room.

The ceremony was graced by the Lord Mayor, Mr. Issop Nujurally, Deputy Lord Mayor, Mrs. Aurelie Dookhee, Honorable Salim Abbas Mamode, Honorable Subsshnee Lutchmun Roy, Municipal Councilors and Mr. Nazeer Nowud, the Secretary General of the MFA.

Teams present were Tranquebar Dalton FC, Roche Bois Dauphin SC, Le Cornu Falcon Boys, Cité Martial Youth Club and Port Louis Starling SC.
